This is a combined bus tour. Besides the regular Pickup and drop-off locations, additional points may be added to the tour.
The minimum number of travelers for this tour is 2 pax. In the event of insufficient travelers, Westar Travel reserves the right to cancel or change the itinerary.

The schedule and itinerary could be impacted by extreme weather and road conditions, while we may make necessary adjustments. We appreciate your understanding in case of any delays or changes.
Tour vehicles: Vehicles are arranged according to the number of people in a group. In a group up to 24 passengers, the driver will also be the tour guide. In a group of more than 24 passengers, an individual driver/tour guide will be provided.
If for any reason you need to leave our group during the trip, you must fill out a “Letter of Liability Release”, no exceptions.
Guests under 16 years old, must be accompanied by an adult (Age 18 or above).
If you have special needs (such as but not limited to: bed type, vegetarian options, high-chairs, etc.) please inform us at least 7 days before your trip. We will do our best to accommodate you, but there is no guarantee.
We require you to sign the disclaimer before participating in any optional winter activities; and highly recommend purchasing a travel insurance.
If you have a connecting international flight after the tour, please ensure that your flight departs after 10:30 pm.（**Please understand that depending on the situation, your arrival time in Calgary may be adjusted **）
The North American Hotel Standard Room is equipped with one large bed or two standard beds. If you have a specific request for bed types, please inform us at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Awful last two days of 3 day tour

The most memorable was the first day. Went completely downhill the next two days. Was put on a terrible small bus for the last two long days. Most uncomfortable old bus and stuck at very back. couldn’t hear the driver who was also the guide which should not happen. The only thing good was the beauty of alberta

In cases where a smaller group is scheduled for the trip, a smaller bus may be assigned to optimize comfort and efficiency. We regret that the bus you were assigned on those days did not meet your expectations. Besides, we offer the option to select seats through our mobile app. This feature allows guest to choose preferred seat, ensuring a more comfortable journey. Good tour but to short. Better guide needed for icefield section.

The first 2 days of the trip was rushed. Lisa the guide was too hasty ,not organised and a bit rude. She was rushing us for lunch telling us what to eat and not eat. Very unorganised esp in the icefield tour. The guide for the 3rd day Jaela was the total opposite very friendly and nice. Also on the 3rd day Jaela indicated we had already paid service charge however Lisa took service charge on both days for 3 persons. The places visted in tour were worth it however more time was needed.

Poor organization and lousy service, better stay away!

1. Both 2 days, we are the last one or two hotels to be settled down, on the shuttle for another hour just waiting for other hotel guests; didn’t know where you would stay that night until the guide dropped you and always miss the time to use hotel facilities, even dinner hour; 2. The first night accommodation is definitely not the same level as the other hotels, when checking in, no breakfast been reserved even we’ve paid in advance; 3. The add-on breakfast and lunch are not worthy, the first day meals are not buffet as it should be, felt been cheated!
