For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Great Way to See Cannes!

This was a great tour of the Cannes Port. Paul our tour guide did a good job, but could have provided a bit more information. He answered questions, but did not always offer a lot of info. The bikes were in good condition and comfortable. The areas he took us too were interesting and for that reason I would recommend this tour if you have a short time to see Cannes. The location was very close to the cruise port. The rental shop did not have a bathroom, which is odd, but Paul brought us to public bathroom by the coast so it all worked out.

Great Scenery - Paul was a good guide. The E-Bikes, if you have never ridden them, are a little tricky to get used to. We scaled a very large hill with switchbacks and cars coming/going, so it was challenging. We would have preferred a more leisurely ride. 2.5 hours of riding.

beautiful but treacherous

views on the tour were beautiful and guide was very knowledgeable of the area . however the area was quite treacherous with heavy traffic and very hilly and curvy roads on part of tour . i am 4’11 and was given a bike that was designed for trails ( fat tire bike) and was very difficult to turn on pavement due to the weight of the bike and wide tires . consequently i fell and sustained some pretty sever abrasions . staff was more concerned with scratches in the bike than my injury. i was told i had to pay for bike repair and treated quite rudely with no offer of first aid of any kind . viator has said they would refund and was very kind. although had ridden e-bikes before this was very different t equipment than the rest of our group

It's important to note that in our tour conditions, there is a minimum height requirement of 1.55 meters (5 feet 1 inch) to ensure the safety and comfort of participants. The 25 kg weight of the bike is standard for an electric bike, but it can indeed be different from regular bikes and requires some adjustment. Your safety is of paramount importance to us, and we are truly sorry to hear about your fall and the resulting abrasions. It's unacceptable that our staff appeared more concerned about bike damage than your well-being. We'll be reviewing this incident with our team to ensure this doesn't happen in the future. We also want to note that there is ongoing construction in the city center of Cannes. This is a factor that is beyond our control, but as soon as the construction is completed, magnificent bike paths will be available. We're continuously working to adapt our tours to provide the best possible experience, and we appreciate your understanding during these challenging times. Our guide was excellent. She took us around Cannes with a short trip to the harbor to see the yachts and water up close as well as the island across the way. Then a lovely trip up to the forests which is a Cannes not to be missed. Then through the shopping and old Cannes to the church. Informative and managed to keep us all together. Highly recommend.

Our guide Sylvie was fabulous. Gave us lots of history and took us through some beautiful areas of Cannes that most don’t see! Bikes were in good condition and we felt quite safe with her guidance—even in the little bit of traffic we encountered. Highly recommend.

Scenic Cannes e-Bike tour

We were so grateful that we were able to do the tour later in the day due to arriving via tender later than expected. We contacted the shop and we were given a later time. Silvie was fantastic. The tour was 19 km and we got to see the beauty of Cannes fro various vantage points. We were even up in the forest. We loved the tour. Highly recommended.

Our tender for the cruise...

Our tender for the cruise ship didn’t know how to park correctly, therefore we were late for the experience. They were very nice and accommodated us by giving us the bikes and telling us where the guided group was so we could catch up. The guide was fantastic!!

The ride along the canal...

The ride along the canal was wonderful had an opportunity to see other areas of the island with a relaxing bike ride. Areas are hilly but with the assistance of the electric bike and our guide it was manageable

Great way to see and experience Cannes

We had a great time. We used this as a shore excursion. Locations was just a few minutes walk from our tender boat drop off and was easy to find. The e bikes were brand new and and blast to ride around town, really made the experience easy and find. Our guide really new the city and made the ride fun and we really dealt we got to see the whole city by the end. Highly recommend.

Perfect excursion for our group of 7: ages 80-14! - electric bikes made it possible for all to throughly enjoy riding through the streets, up the hills, and along the ocean front. Guide was excellent - managing our group and highlighting facts along the way. Highly recommend it!

Skip the hills

Needed to be shorter and cut out all the hills. There was nothing to see up there and it took too much time. She saved Suquet (Old Town) for last when that was the best part of the tour and should have been first but we were all too tired by then to even go. Bike seats r painful needed seat pads

A slow start but then a great time

The guides were very unorganized and we started on our bikes 40 minutes later than scheduled. However once we got started it was great. We toured the yacht clubs and surrounding area on a combination of roads and dedicated bike paths. We then climbed the hills overlooking Cannes on roads and trails. The ebikes made it a breeze. The guide was great and she made sure we were safe and one how to operate the bikes. The tour ended with all of us very pleased after 2 1/2 hours.

Fun tour of Cannes

A wonderful tour of Cannes. A little tricky downtown as it was day one of the film festival but our guide navigated us well. A bit more instruction on how to use the electric part of the bike would have been appreciated as we were told not to turn it on until later and ended up walking up some smaller hills in the city. We also felt we were in a rush to get to the next stop, more of a race than a tour. We did really enjoy the experience and I would recommend it
