The Tour was Memorable and Enjoyable thanks to Franck -- our guide.

We were somewhat worried about connecting with our guide because the time of our arrival was uncertain. The company was very responsive and communicated all the information we needed as well as reassured us that the guide would wait for us to arrive. Franck, our guide, was fantastic. Not only did he arrive early, but he continued to communicate with us via text until we connected with him. He was extremely personable and had a great plan for our tour. We thoroughly enjoyed every destination he had chosen for us. It made our time in Cannes and the surrounding area very memorable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone seeking a memorable experience.

This was an excellent tour! We stopped in Port of Cannes and this was the best excursion we could have asked for. Much cheaper and more customizable than an excursion from the ship, plus it was private just for our group. Parfait was an excellent tour guide and took us to some spots we never would have found for ourselves. He accommodated our requests and was flexible to ensure we had the time we wanted for shopping, eating, etc along the way. He even had a mic/speaker in the van so folks in the back could hear as he narrated history and information about our trip. Highly recommend!

The cruise cancelled my original tour and I booked this literally the night before. Jean-Jaques (?) was on time picking us up and being a private tour, was able to recommend several options. He was an excellent tour guide. He knew the Cannes, Nice and Monaco very well and was able to drop us off at great locations. He did research on the Prince's Car Museum while we were touring another site and drove us directly there. No hassles what so ever. Highly recommend this tour.

Our Guide Made Our Experience The Best

Our guide, Jean Jacques was so friendly and accommodating. He took us to so many places and made sure we had plenty of pictures. He allowed us time to ourselves and gave us ideas of what to do. This allowed us to see so much more than if we were on a massive tour. I 100% recommend this tour and hope that you get Jean Jacques as well. We travelled with my husband and myself and our 24 and 25 year old daughters.

Our tour guide Zaran was great! He drove us around Cannes, Nice, Eze and Monte Carlo and he talked about the history and significance of each place. Zaran was very pleasant, accommodating and patient. Thank you for a great tour !

We were 4 couples in a van. Our driver and guide was Michael. He spoke good English. From the cruise terminal we first went to Monaco and Monte Carlo which were the highlights of this tour. From there, we drove through Nice and finally visited a village. Overall very enjoyable trip.

Our ship was slow disembarking everyone to tenders so we were almost 2 hours late starting this tour. John Jack, our guide was kind and patient. Thankfully this was a private tour and he waited for us then he tried to hit the highlights of France for us since we had limited time due to the delay. He even took us to a shop so my dgt could get macaroons!

Driver sleeping while driving

We booked two busses. The bus with Parfait that I was on was wonderful. The second bus had a young gentleman as the tour guide/driver. He barely spoke to my group, didn’t explain anything, didn’t know anything. When the other guide offered to blue tooth what he was saying to the other bus, so that they had a decent experience, he turned it down. He kept swerving and at one point, he completely fell asleep. If it weren’t for my brother screaming at him and hitting the chair for him to wake up, it would have been a deadly tour. He drove erratically, didn’t have any input to offer, and made their trip absolutely horrible. I felt horrible that we had such a great experience with Parfait, while the other part of our group had a nightmare.

I want to make this very clear… we reserved two different busses with this company. The bus I was on, which has Parfait as the tour guide, was amazing. So, this 5 star review is ONLY because of him. He is so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He listened to our hopes for the tour and made our wishes come true. He is seriously one of the best tour guides we have had. The company had him not only doing our tour, but trying to train the guy in our other bus, who was a total nightmare. I would never book this company again, unless I was guaranteed Parfait.

Antonio was our driver. He was a terrible driver and we were all nauseous. He did take us to a few of the places we wanted to go but also had his own agenda and took us to places we did not want to go and said there there was no time to go to the other places that we wanted to go. With the right driver who actually listens, a guided driver would be great for your time in Cannes, Monte Carlo, Monaco
