This is the first time I've ever booked a private tour through Viator (have done group tours) The person we had barely spoke to us - surely no facts or history. Dropped us at places and picked us up - that was it -- a highly, expensive cab ride!

Our guide Margarita was amazing!! She was very knowledgeable of the history of places we visited. She set a good pace for the day allowing us to visit Nice, Eze, and Monaco. She knew all the best photo spots and was mindful of washrooms locations. We truly enjoyed the drive of the Monaco F1 track. She squeezed in as much as possible

French Riviera

Margarite was very knowledgeable about the history. Our friends in the back of the vehicle could not hear. A speaker system/microphone would help a lot. Also the seats facing backwards were not useful as she pointed out places on the excursion. There was more strenuous walking than anticipated (our group of eight were 70-74). Overall it was a good excursion.

We thoroughly enjoyed our day with Renee! He took our family (6 in total) throughout Cannes, Nice (I am in LOVE!!!) and Monaco. Transportation as very comfortable, pick up/drop off was seamless and, frankly, the day went too fast!! He was engaging and super knowledgeable about the area, the history, the hot spots and even supplied us with some great gossip! My husband is a huge Formula One fan and driving the track in Monaco was a highlight for him (Rene, thanks for letting him out at the chicane for the Photo Op!!!). You cannot go wrong with Rene - highly recommend!!!

We had an amazing tour with Jubinne - he brought us to Eze, Monaco and Cannes. Very educational. Our daughter loves perfume-making, so this was perfect. Jubinne was able to maneuver the traffic and keep us in schedule. Worth the money!

Our driver, Roman, was a fantastic tour guide. He was prompt, the car was comfortable and his narrative along the way was highly informative. We booked this excursion independent of the cruise we were on. Roman had us back at the port on schedule. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the highlights of Monaco, Nice and Cannes. Highly recommend!

Action packed day on the French Riveria.

Our guide, Rene’ was very knowledgeable and created a wonderful memory for us of the French Riveria. It was a fun filled day full of information about each area we visited. We travelled by private coach for the day and all the while he shared information about where we were, stopping along the way at scenic viewpoints and towns. Eze, though crowded, was amazing.

More of a driver service than a tour

We booked two vans for a group of 14 friends. The tour group did not return any of my messages or contact me until 1 hour before the tour began. When we arrived, the tour guides asked what we’d like to do. When we said that we would like to do the itinerary described on the site, they did not know what we were referencing. They said it could not all be done in one day. Had we known this- we would have done research in advance to pick out the most desirable spots. One of our tour guides was very friendly. The other had trouble communicating with us. All in all this felt more like a car service than a tour. We made the best of it but would not recommend.

Dear Rochelle, To be honest I 'm confused with the feedback that you have written. In your reservation we had all information requested , the pick up adresse, the cruise ship docking time we are checking with the port as well as that you are group of 14 passengers. you had your confirmation with you , so I don't understand what else should we do or provide that you didn't have. If at reservation there is anything messing we contact the customer immediately. At any case about all the customers are contacted the D Day as we providing the car plates as well as guides telephone number and name. Every time we are doing our best to cover all the cities of French Riviera but if you are from Cruise Ship we have to take into our consideration as well as the last tender time as the ship will not wait for you and we don't want to miss it. Of course we have cruise ships that leaving at 19:00 so we have all our time to do everting. It's a private one and you ate deciding where to go how much to stay ( of course the guides helps you in everything giving all the information about the area and everything). Best tour of our vacation

This is such a great trip. We were met promptly by our driver and he started explaining the history of Cannes and the film festival. He was very informative at all of our stops and always accompanied us to point things out or take pictures along the way. We came at a very busy time and still were able to see everything on our wishlist. Thank you again
