The code didn’t work. No one answered call. Couldn’t use the tour at all. Tried both confirmation and booking numbers

Loved the Catalina Island stories, history and voices used to tell the tales of Avalon. Loved this and will use for other cities too. The Descanso Beach areas us be for me and is now my favorite spot on the island.

Terrible I did not receive the guide nor was I told how or where to get it. When I talk to the rep on the phone he did not tell me how to get it either. And my experience with the ferry to get the tickets were not registered either.
