We had a most wonderful day with George, our guide, who was most affable and knowledgeable. He was extremely courteous and attentive, and definitely made this a top day while on our trip to Crete. We felt like we were with a good friend who wanted to show us and tell stories about his beautiful island. Elafonnisi was magnificent and highly recommend the Milia mountain restaurant experience.

Everything was perfect. We were picked up early from our hotel, so we were the first few who arrived in Elafonisi, thus, we had the beach to ourselves so to speak. As we were leaving around noon, people started to arrive in flocks. The view to Milia Mountain was nice; lunch was great and plenty. This company delivered what was indicated on the itinerary. Want to give a 10 star rating to our tour guide/driver, Nicolas. He was attentive to our needs (open/close car doors for you; help you get in/out of the vehicle; serve your food and drinks so there was no long wait; and above all, he gave us info about the tour, about the places we passed by, and some more).

Great tour. Getting to the beach early worked very well. The lunch at the mountain retreat was fantastic. George was a great guide and overall, we really enjoyed the day.

Elafonisi Beach was definitely a unique experience. Due to the current conditions our "pink sand" experience was minimal but wading in the low tide pools was very enjoyable. The loungers and umbrellas were not as nice as some we'd experienced on other beaches in Greece and it was indeed very crowded. Getting there early thanks to this tour helped and saved us a very long walk from the parking lot that other visitors had to endure.
The highlight of the tour was the Milia Mountain retreat. The scenic ride up the mountain lead us to a beautiful and authentic village where we enjoyed our best meal in our 2.5 week trip to Greece. The views and experience were unbeatable.
Lastly, I'll provide high praise for Nikolas our tour guide, he not only gave us great history and context of Crete and Greece throughout our trip he is just generally a great person. His adventurous spirit is a delight and my husband and I very much enjoyed his company.

Our guide Nicholas was fantastic, great English, extremely knowledgeable and engaging. 3 hours was a bit too long to spend at Elafonisi, But he met our request and moved onto destination number 2: Milia Mountain resort. This was above expectations with magnificent food and wine. A perfect location

Nassos was an amazing guide and he cares about his job a lot. You can feel the respect and appreciation that he has toward his guests.
We had an amazing time and the Milia mountain treat was the highlight of the day.
I highly recommend this tour to every traveler that wants to have a good time, discover new places and learn more about Crete.

This tour is amazing! We loved our tour guide Dimitrios who was super knowledgeable on all the island has to offer from history to agriculture. We loved getting to Elafonisi early to avoid the crowds and loved the lunch in Milia. Don’t hesitate and book this tour! You will not regret it!

Nicholas was such an amazing guide! The tour was curated so well from start to finish. You drive through beautiful scenery and quaint mountain villages to reach the destinations, all the while learning cool facts about the island of Crete. Elafonisi is stunning and you get there early before the rush, which is amazing. We were provided yummy snacks and front-row chairs to relax in. Your guide will provide you with tips on where to hang out on the beach to get some amazing views. After Elafonisi, you will be taken to Milia Mountain Retreat, a stunning 400 year old renovated mountain village with breathtaking views and phenomenal cuisine. I can’t recommend this trip enough!
