Rather than bringing home souvenirs from your trip to Chianti, this experience allows you to bring home new skills—the knowledge of how to make authentic Italian pasta from scratch. Taking place in a beautiful villa in the Italian countryside, the experience is private, which ensures one-to-one guidance from your instructor. Learn to prepare 2–3 types of fresh pasta with sauces—such as gnocchi, ravioli, and tagliatelle—and then enjoy feasting on them after your lesson.

We had such a fun time with Wilma. We made 4 different types of pasta including one that wasn’t originally on the menu, but added because I requested learning how to make it. All were delicious. We especially loved the tiramisu!

We have a fantastic time! Vilma was an excellent teacher and gave us so many tips and insights into pasta making. Our pasta turned out fabulous and we had a beautiful dinner with lovely Chianti wine. The setting was beautiful, a perfect evening!

This was a great class for the whole family. The kitchen and work space were both very clean and professional. The views and hospitality were wonderful and the chef and staff were gracious, patient, and good with our kids. Highly recommend.
