Chicago Dave was absolutely amazing!! We did a private tour with just 4 of us and it was perfect! It was not only a food tour, but he also gave us the history of Chicago, including stops at the original Marshal Fields Department Store and a visit to the terrace of the Sears/Willis Tower!! I would absolutely do another one of Dave’s tours (maybe the boat tour that he is just starting to do) and absolutely recommend his tours!

Booked the Original Walking Food Experience in Chicago with Tastings.... Went to the meeting point and they NO SHOWED. Called the tour operator and it went to voice mail. Called viator and got grilled on my location. Just got my money back now. Terrible experience.

Our guide Dash went above and beyond! We were running late to get to our tour and since we were the only people on the tour, he came to meet us and he changed the route on the fly so we still got to eat all our classic Chicago foods at historic Chicago locations. Then, at the end of the tour, Dash shared tons of links with his other Chicago recommendations. Awesome! My kids (2 and 4) loved it too!

Really enjoyable experience. The food was authentic Chicago Street food. We were treated to Chicago hot dog, Italian beef sandwich and Chicago pizza. All were delicious. I have to say though our host, a guy named Dash was excellent. He really brought the experience to life. He truly had a passion for his own city and he was so knowledgeable about the history and stories behind the foods we sampled. Even when we finished the tour and he was 'off the clock', he was off in the same direction as us so continued to tell us about the city, the buildings and the culture. Fabulous guy and a fabulous tour

Hi: great experience for those who’ve never been to Chicago and love city life. My only suggestions would be that the company provides reusable cups or at least water to carry as you are walking from site to site. Also they should consider providing paper plates for the experience. Also the servers should also wear gloves considering the times that we live in. All in all great experience and I would definitely do again.
