Disappointing

Was not what I was expecting. A lot of pointing in different directions by the tour guide saying “if you go there, you end up at a river front, if you walk that way it is a great neighborhood for lunch”, etc. I wanted to see and experience things, not just be pointed out what direction to go in future visits. The tour guide was nice enough though.

However, we are a bit puzzled by your experience as our guide on the day has many years of experience, very knowledgeable and is usually highly rated with numerous 5-star reviews. Additionally, the guide received very positive feedback from other group members on the same day, who were very engaged and asked lots of questions, which is the aim of our small group tours. There were only six people in your group that day. During the tour, the guide covered many historical sites and shared numerous stories. Our guides often point out various points of interest, including distant landmarks, historical contexts, and recommendations for activities to do later, especially for guests staying for several days. Fiolstræde, Kultorvet/Historic Telephone Kiosk, Trinitatis/Regensen, Rosenborg Castle/H.C. Andersen Monument, Odd Fellow Palæ/Gyldenløve Palæ Marble Church, Amalienborg Castle/Royal Guards/Frederik V Monument, Amalienhave Garden/Opera House - These sites and many many more were covered on the tour (not pointed from distance), with lots of information, history, and stories shared. Once again, we genuinely appreciate your time and effort in leaving a review. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services and ensure a better experience for future guests. Couldn't track them down

Couldn't find the start walked over 7000 steps and found location 30 minutes after it started. Maybe more clear directions on ticket. We were using goolge maps!!!

We're unsure how we can make this clearer. Please reach out to us; we'd appreciate hearing your suggestions. On the day of the tour start time, we attempted to reach out to you via phone (we can provide proof with a screenshot from the phone log), but unfortunately did not receive any response. Our guide patiently waited at the meeting point for 30 minutes, hoping to connect with you. Regrettably, we didn't receive any calls, emails, or attempts to contact us from your end. You're welcome to contact us, and we would be happy to reschedule your tour. We found this review very malicious.

The most memorable parts of our walk were the small historic details that you otherwise wouldn’t know . We are not strangers to Copenhagen but we still found out many things that we were not aware of . The guide and the route she took was excellent , minimal traffic and an opportunity to really look at things . Walking pace was sensible and worked well for us .
