Please note, we won't access the inside of any of the buildings located at the following places: The Kings Yellow Houses, Rosenborg Castle, Christiansborg Palace, The Old Stock Exchange and Nikolaj Kunsthal. Instead we will experience all of them from the outside.
Travelers who show symptoms for COVID-19 will not be allowed to participate in the experience.

My family and i booked...

My family and i booked this tour sort of last minute, but boy were we glad we did it! Had a wonderful time with tour guide Teresa (Theresa / sorry if we misspelled). She was a wonderful guide that had a host of knowledge. We were lucky to essentially have almost a private tour as there were only 3 of us, plus another lady from Brazil that joined us. As we walked around the city, Theresa was able to give us a very good introduction to the city and its history. We walked through some of the quieter 'back' areas of town, but still ended up through the city center at the end. Learned so much in the 2+ hours that would have taken us days to read in a book. Not only were we enchanted by her wonderful stories of the city, but we also got to stop twice to enjoy a coffee and pastry. Highly recommended and if you can, request Theresa. Loved this!

Jacob was a really good guide! He gave us lovely and real information on the history of the highlights we visited. We had enough rest stops so the distance felt like nothing. The tour group I happened to be in was super fun to be in as well. Jacob also felt very real and grounded as a guide making sure to give some personal touches on the guide so it was very far from perhaps just reading from a Wikipedia.

Wonderful walking tour that really showcased the city and all of the great sites! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and very considerate of the cold conditions. Great tour and I even found a bookstore after so I could buy a book to remember hygge!

We had a great walking tour with Theresa. She was very informative and interesting to listen to. We loved the coffee and cake stops along the way especially as the weather was so cold. We discovered quite a few different areas of Copenhagen which I don't think we would have seen without the tour. An enjoyable day. 😃

This tour was so wonderful! Amanda was our tour leader and she took us to all the important parts of downtown Copenhagen. We started the tour with a Danish (Vienna) pastry and got to know our fellow group members. We then proceeded to walk around town, stopping frequently to hear the history affiliated to that particular statue/structure/location. She shared with us the cultural norms that come with growing up in Denmark and the benefits of living in a country that looks out for its people (universal health care, paid education, etc) We also got a treat later on in the tour that is paramount to the Denmark experience - a cream puff! Which was delicious. We ended the 3 hour tour at a coffee shop where we were provided a beverage of our choosing, warmed up, and chatted with our fellow tour members before going our separate ways. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone!

Lovely tour guide, lovely tour. This is my third trip to Copenhagen and the tour took me to areas that I had never seen. We had three stops for traditional foods or drinks. This gave a nice amount of time to get to meet the other tour participants, rest and get in from the cold. Super!

My family and I really enjoyed our tour with Theresa. She was a native of Copenhagen and explained the meaning of Hygge and gave us a lot of insight into the Danish way of thinking and enjoying their life. She also showed us around Copenhagen and was very knowledgeable about landmarks and history.

Highly recommend to join this tour early on in your visit to Denmark to give a deeper context to Køpenhavn. Michael was a lovely guide and he helped convey the true spirit of Hygge, which is so artfully integrated in the Danish way of life. The tour also is very informative about Danish history and gives a deeper meaning to all of these beautiful, quaint streets and important statues/monuments. Good Morning, Copenhagen will make an already magical city even more special!
