The meeting point in the Punta Langosta international terminal is in front of Starbucks. In the Royal Village and puerta maya pier the meeting point is Hard Rock Cafe. In the hotels, we pick up at the entrance, inform the reception of the guide's arrival, and proceed with the meeting with the passengers. All meeting points are very close and within walking distance of the cruise pier area.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our Tour Guide, Alexandro was patient, kind and wonderful to work with. I got lost for the initial pickup and was late by about 15 minutes, Alexandro called me...and it so happened that I was in a Taxi and handed the phone to the taxi driver. After speaking to Alexandro, our Taxi Driver dropped us off to an awaiting Alexandro and our Excursion started. I thought it was a group excursion but it was a personal excursion. Alexandro was our personal guide...We Loved It! the 4x4, tequila tasting, lunch and snorkeling. Alexandro checked on the docks to see if they were open, because we were supposed to attend another excursion...but sadly the weather did not permit that excursion. We were more than please with having an excursion with Alexandro and he was kind and willing to take us to a few other places for my son to get a churro (my son is addicted to churro's...lol). I'm wishing Alexandro the best in his studies and career!

Our guide Maria was so helpful along the way to our excursions. We didn't get a chance to snorkel because the water was choppy. We still had a blast!

It was cool. It was difficult to contact our tour guide as we didn't have cell/wifi service, but once we connected it was off to the races. Our guide, Landy was super cool. We thoroughly enjoyed the ATV course and other tours–tequila making & tasting, chocolate making, etc. We were so tired after lunch that we didn't make the snorkeling excursion, but the seas were rough, anyway. My only regret was not having cash on hand to taste more of the local foods. Highly recommend!!

BEST EXCURSION

When I say this the best excursion to do in Cozumel, I mean it! This is a private tour so you don’t have to worry about being packed into a group with other people. If you need to be picked up from the port they provide transportation and water bottles as well. The ATV ran smoothly as we went through an isolated area away from cars and buildings on the edge of Cozumel which was great. You will also have a reserved spot at an ocean front resort to relax and snorkel after the atv tour. The food provided was very good as well. Last thing you will do is the Tequila tasting/tour which was really nice. Brittany and Josh are great guides and very cool people. I’d 100% recommend this excursion to anyone looking to have a great time and be around great people who care about your experience.

Ask for Fernando. He is very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. We docked in Cozumel and wanted a fun activity for a few hours. This trip delivered on that. Fernando was an excellent guide who was very knowledgeable and safety-conscious. The ATV ride through the jungle took us by the ocean a few times, and it was a lot of fun. The complementary water, beers, and lunch were also great. After our adventure, we enjoyed our complimentary lunch on the beach and went swimming before Fernando took us back to the ship. The ride out to the ATV pickup area was fun as well. On the way back to the ship, we stopped to shop for a bit.

Amazing excursion

Me and my boyfriend had an absolute amazing time our instructor Raul was very kind and informative. Raul made sure we made it back to our cruise port on time and made us feel very safe and comfortable. I do wish the pick up options were clearer we did have to meet Raul outside of the port but the locals were very kind and Raul was very helpful with finding him. Other then that everything was great!

Hello, good morning madam, in your case the staff waited for your arrival for 1 hour trying to contact you several times, after 1 hour we assumed that the tour would be cancelled, so we opened the agenda again until a few minutes later you contacted us saying " sorry the delay but Im on my way " so we took it into consideration and closed the agenda again, moved all the vehicles again and waited for you at the meeting point for another 2 hours. That's the reason we can't provide you a instant refund, we gonna make case verification first. Sorry for the inconvenience, hope you have a wonderful day

The Tour Was GREAT. We Couldn’t Do The Snorkeling Due To The Weather But That Didn’t Take Away From The Rest Of The Excursion. Roberto Was Amazing!! He Was Able To Get Us Our Own Buggie, Sooo Much Fun. Brandon Did Great With The Tequila Tasting. But The Food Wasn’t Too Good, Didn’t Really Have Flavor. I Would Definitely Do It Again!!

Coco Adventours Cozumel Overview

This tour was with a local excursion company, Coco Adventours through Viator. It's important to note that you go through the circle of shops in the pier area, then exit and cross the street to meet the guide. It was then a few blocks walk to where the tour van is. If you call the number on the Viator app, the guide will meet and walk with you. Our guide was Alberto, and he gave us a very nice tour. We drove through the town of San Miguel de Cozumel, then first stopped at Sabores, which included information about Mexican chocolate and tortilla making, which was very interesting. An informative organic tequila making tour with tasting was also included with a very nice young man named Sergio. Then, it was on to ATV-ing. We enjoyed it but didn't finish the entire route as I have some back issues and it was a little bumpy :) Next was a stop at Coco's Beach for lunch, which was included, fish and chicken tacos. It wasn't clearly communicated that we were to snorkel there, so we did not. So Alberto then kindly took us to another location where we snorkeled in clear water with coral and pretty fish. However, it was not a 'top' snorkeling spot as many areas in Cozumel are. It was a nice little excursion and we enjoyed our day and Alberto as our guide.
