A very well managed trip

The trip was very good. The time was very well managed by our guide Ms Thi. She ensured we see all the spots and got enough time at each spot. She was also very good at explaining the things to us, by that I mean the importance and history of the spots. She was also very good with kids… A very good travel. And since it’s a private tour you can work around the time a little bit. So not too stretched

Fun day at Ba Na!

We had an amazing day with Susan! Not only she ensured we saw everything, she was great company for my 5 year old and took amazing care of him throughout the trip. Susan was very knowledgeable about the city and history and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and enjoy the day in Ba Na Hills (also clicks amazing photos and knows the short cuts which is a win win). Ba Na hills as a destination is lovely too. Well maintained property and lots to do for the whole day. We highly recommend the trip and 100% ask for Susan when you are booking this trip. You will love her just as much as we did!

This trip was the highlight of our week in Da Nang. Our guide Susan was so pleasant and professional, it was a pleasure to spend the day with her. She took care of everything and was also very knowledgeable. We would strongly recommend booking excursions with Susan. This trip is a wonderful experience that is very suitable for all ages. There is an amazing variety of activities and site seeing during this trip.

We did the private day trip to Ba Na Hills from Da Nang. Quoc was our guide and he was excellent! He spoke great english and was very informative about the local history as well as local religions and even touched on some Vietnam war history. Highly recommend Quoc on this tour.

The tour was so well organized and seamless. Nhân met us promptly and although the day was rainy, we were provided with rain protection that we forgot to bring. It was an exciting visit to Sun World to see the beautiful Golden Bridge and the attractions including the Buddhist temples, towers, and French village. The buffet was excellent and we were given ample time to explore . I highly recommend this tour and especially our very friendly guide - Nhân. Thank you so much!

The private tour to Ba Na hills was comprehensive. Our tour guide Mr Thanh was helpful and informative. The cable car ride and Golden bridge was very scenic. Despite the crowds, our guide still managed to help us take some really nice pictures, and saved some time by taking us through some short cuts through the park. The Sun world amusement park rides cater mainly to children, but we had fun on the twist n drop and bumper car rides. Overall worth Ba Na Hills is worth a visit when in Da Nang .

We used a day tour for the Golden Bridge while on a Asian cruise. Unfortunately it was chilly, foggy and raining the day we were there, but still it was a very cool experience. Thong, our guide, filled us in on many interesting facts about the country on the way to Ba Na. The cable cars take about 25 min to access the bridge and a mini fairytale French town at the top. Lunch was buffet style and we enjoyed tasting the different types of Vietnamese food. Wish we had more time in the country to see the real Vietnamese lifestyle, but overall it was a neat and scenic tour.

I was traveling with a small group that had to split up due to a glitch in the Vietnam visa system which forced 2 of us to miss our Vietnam trip entirely. The tour group was understanding of our situation and helped accommodate us the best they could. The part of the group who made the tour said it was a lot of fun and the group was very friendly. I am looking forward to making a return trip to Vietnam and booking the same tour again.
