    Best tour in Dallas
    Trevor_S, Feb 2024
This was absolutely my favorite of any tour i have ever been on. Our Guide was so awesome, he was so helpful, informative and full of life. I loved his energy and desire to do a great job like he did. The guide at the back of the tour was also outstanding!!
    Great girls day out!

We had a blast! This was so much fun and we would absolutely go again. Ethan was a fantastic guys guide! Funny and patient, and explained everything very well!

Awesome! Luis was knowledgeable about the history of Dallas. And we felt safe on the bikes. The bikes are easy to use
A fun way to spend a day!

Nice Way to Tour Old Downtown Dallas on a Sunday
    Lisette_C, Oct 2023
I would have rated it “good”, rather than average, but that wasn’t an option. Perfect weather for a ride on a Sunday with little traffic. . Never having been on an e-bike, appreciated instruction and guidance along the way, as well as the end of the group back-up person. It was a fun way to go thru old downtown Dallas. As far as an actual tour, just a few stops, 2 being murals. Would have been better if instead of blaring music from a a phone (which admittedly did raise the energy level of the group), the leader had a mic and system to comment upon what we were seeing through our ride. If you are already an e-bike rider, would go with the self-guided tour, as we saw one person do at the end of our tour.

I highly recommend for everyone to try this experience! When I entered the place everybody was so friendly, they were very helpful and kind! I really feel so sorry but I don't remember the name of the guy that was my tour guide. The bike tour was really so unique and amazing! The guy was really kind, happy and he made me see and love the city.. I really didn't want the bike tour to end!!! Thank you for all!!!
    Great time riding around...

Great time riding around the city. Learned new things even though I lived in the area for all my life.
    Dallas vibe
    Dominic_T, Sep 2022
The tour is more a bike tour than an art district explanation. However you will get a good vibe of the city, the guides had music on it and overall a good experience with a group. Also able to answer most of the questions, but there a lack of knowledge about details. I would have like a stop at the art museum and the art university since there was arts available outside. Also would had been so nice to have explanation regarding some of the street arts in deep Ellum. I would suggest to update description for a deep vibe of Dallas city. Overall great experience.
    Take the tour

Such a great experience! Tour guides were phenomenal & they other people taking the tour were so friendly. Went by myself but felt so welcomed.
Not worth the time or money!

As someone who has taken over 25 bike tours while traveling, this was not a bike HISTORY tour. It was riding an electric bike (really a moped, per leader’s instructions you’re told to ride at the fastest speed) in traffic lanes meant for cars. We didn’t ride in designated bike lanes, and only made 4 stops. #1 historical homes-3mins #2 arts district-3mins #3 parking lot with a mural-3mins #4 Exchange Indoor Food Court-20mins (time on your own) There’s barely ANY tour information given- it’s only a fast bike ride with a boom box. The usual historical, cultural, educational, food recommendations, etc. information was non existent. Immediately after finishing the ride I received emails asking for tip money- I would never use this company.

Hi first and foremost thank you for taking time out to leave us a review, reviews like this allow us to really see where we went wrong and we want to make it right. Could you please give us a call at 2148177168 and ask to speak with our manager concerning your review or email us at hr@incitywheels.com and we would like to resolve this. This isn't the kind of experience we want to give to our guests. In regards to spending most of your time at the food court we because of the record heat we try and incorporate an indoor stop to give our guests a break from the heat however this should not compromise all the information you should get at the other stops so we would really like to look into this. In regards to bike lanes and traffic, Dallas is unfortunately not privileged enough to have many bike lanes so we mapped a route that is the safest while avoiding the busiest roads in Dallas however sometimes we get stuck in traffic and there isn't a lot we can do about that but in regards to the sort of tour you received. Our guides are trained in all the history, culture & fun facts of each stop so we would really like more information on where your tour was to get to the bottom of it and resolve it for you.

    Great Experience
    Christina_S, May 2022
I love the E-Bike tours. We had done this in Austin which was our first experience. Dallas was great. I would highly recommend a different tour. I wasn’t very impressed with that part. The company is new so I am sure it will get better
    Lots of fun

Great safe ride. Great city and people dancing to the music played on the lead bike. Easy to ride electric bikes.
    The bikes Re very...
    Stacey_F, May 2022
The bikes Re very enjoyable. Definitely a good recommendation for someone who would not be able to ride a bike so long like they use to. U can pedal or the bike just does everything for you.
