Disappointing tour

This tour was cancelled by the operator. I tried to cancel on your site but you took the $456 out of my account anyway and I have no way to recover it. Extremely disappointing and expensive for no tour given.

Unfortunately due the automated system the cancelation conditions and the money has been taken by the booking agent Viator. After you informed me today on the phone, that the money was deducted from your account I confirmed with you that I will refund you the full amount as soon as I receive the payment from the booking agent. The best tour ever! Extremely informative, outstanding knowledge including local Aboriginal perspectives and Dreaming stories. Definitely worth doing and great small group option. Lunch was so healthy and the tour guide was accommodating for our Autistic kids
