We had a fireworks tour scheduled for Monday since mid July & got a text on Sunday saying it got moved to Sunday night, after investigating it, it had always been planned on Sunday & never Monday night. Had they took ownership & said they made the mistake that would’ve been fine. We absolutely couldn’t go on Sunday night, so took their Monday sunset cruise, which we would’ve used a different company for & not them. The only reason we used them was for the MONDAY fireworks tour.

Hi there. We are sorry for the misunderstanding however, we take no responsibility in this specific situation. The city of Destin holds fireworks every Monday and Thursday night in the summer. Due to Labor Day weekend, we had a firework cruise available to book on Sunday and Monday night, as we were not informed which night they would be on just yet. Once figuring out that the Labor Day fireworks would take place on Sunday night, we instantly called the people booked on Monday night’s to get them moved to Sunday fireworks, rebooked to a different trip time for a dolphin cruise, or refunded. We contacted you and you decided you were unable to attend Sundays fireworks. At this point, we could have refunded you, or, you could’ve decided to rebook to another trip time as a dolphin cruise, with no fireworks. According to our messages over the phone regarding this situation, you had requested a sunset dolphin cruise in replace and that is what we booked you for, without a problem. It was said to you multiple times that the only fireworks Destin would be putting off, would be on Sunday night. You acknowledged this over the phone and I will be more than happy to upload the screenshots if you would like. Thanks for the review, as it was noticed you and your partner had a blast on the cruise.

Fireworks on the water

Riding on the new thriller boat was so cool!!! The driver took us right up to the fireworks and we could see them so closely!! Their reflection on the water made for some great pics!!! The girls on the boat were fun and talkative and we enjoyed talking and dancing with them. I would take this trip again!!!

We are sorry to hear you had a bum trip for the firework cruise. We always ask customers to arrive early to allow time to fight the traffic, find parking and to get checked in. We don’t leave out at the time we ask you to arrive. We state on our website to be here early. We offer firework cruises on three boats on firework night due to a high demand in bookings to go out and watch fireworks. It clearly states which boat is which when you are booking online. The firework cruise is a night time cruise, that is just that, a firework cruise. We don’t go out and look at dolphins or cruise around in the gulf. The firework show is a beautiful display of creative fireworks that is super fun to watch. Once again we are sorry you had a bum trip on the firework cruise.

Acted like we were bothering them. Went out on a sunset dolphin cruise and didn’t see the sunset or dolphons. Worst experience ever. Walked up to them tonight to ask if they had any going out and you thought we bothered them. Then they finally answered and said no a storm is rolling in. Still waiting on the storm

We had such a good time on our Sunset cruise. We didn't see any dolphins, but that didn't dampen our spirits. We enjoyed the smaller, more intimate experience of this trip. It was amazing to watch the fireworks from right in the bay. Wonderful experience!
