    The directions were not exact to the location of the boat. They were not responsive and we had to cancel at the last minute. This wasted our time in Dubai and cost use transportation to and from the port. We had 12 people

When you made the booking, it was apparent that each reservation was made individually under different names. This practice has presented challenges for us in recognizing the bookings as part of the same group. As you may recall, the nature of the cruise you booked is shared, which means that if it reaches its capacity, another cruise would need to be arranged. Had you informed us prior to booking that all members were part of a single group, we would have been able to secure the 12 seats together on the same cruise, ensuring a seamless experience for your group. We provided clear information regarding the cruise location and name with each booking confirmation. It's imperative to us that all details are transparent and easily understood by our customers.
