  • Note that this is a dinner while cruising and not a guided tour. Please do not expect that there will be guide explaining about dinner or the places being passed by while cruising. Regardless, our crew will be happy to assist you.
  • Provide your hotel location at the time of booking. Complimentary pick up is only provided along Bur Dubai and Deira area ( applicable for option 1 and 3 ). Locations such as Shiek Zayed Road, Businees Bay, Marina, Jumeirah and Palm are not included. Please contact your tour operator for pick-up arrangements
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 150 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I ordered a Dhow Cruise in the Dubai Creek. The tour operator messaged me saying that only the Marina Dhow would allow pickup from our hotel. For this inconvenience we would get a "VIP Upgrade" for no additional cost. We'll start with the driver. He literally drove past our hotel 4 times when picking up guests. He had no idea how to map an efficient route. Our group arrived last to the boat. Fortunately, he figured things out for the trip back. Our "VIP" tour was downstairs. There was a loud stereo for those of us in the hold. We were served orange Kool Aid! I haven't had Kool Aid in probably 45 years. I'm an adult! To be fair, Coke was offered later. The buffet dinner was just ok. We had to ask permission to go upstairs where the entertainment was. We were able to stand in the corner and see it. Honestly, there was nothing "VIP" about this. The whole cruise seemed second rate for those of us in the hold.

The live entertainment - Dancer was good and entertaining. The weather was too hot to be eating outside. Chairs and tables are available inside on the first deck. However, we were forced to dine out side on the Second deck.

Thank you for providing your feedback and letting us know about this issue. It was noted that the lower deck was offered to you but you have taken seats in the upper deck. The available table had been filled up when you decide to change back to the Airconditioned deck. We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations and are truly sorry to hear that standard was not met in your interaction with our business. It was an uncommon instance and we’ll do better in the future. Nevertheless, we can offer a 20% discount from any of our tours on your (or your referal) next visit and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again soon.

Typical tourist ripoff Driver was 45 minutes late.The boat is a neon abomination of a dhow, cheap food and Pepsi that tasted like it was opened a week ago... The show was a complete embarrassment, maybe only the small kids enjoyed it. The service staff (probably underpaid and extremely unmotivated) took our drinks before we were done without even asking . Would absolutely nit recommend, better flush your money down the toilet
