Awful and disappointing

So i booked this activity for 19:00 as that is the latest i would book. Person decides to not show up at 7.30 and tell us "there is traffic i will be 15-20mins" like we should wait untill nearly 8pm. We decided to cancel as they failed to reach for over half an hour and they refused to give us a refund. Awful company please do not waste your time and be disrespected. I have full evidence they did not even attempt to reach for 19:00 as the driver set off at 19:10. Awful, lazy, incompetent, vile attitudes, waste of time, disappointing and i will ensure to spread this message.

Do not book as a dinner cruise

We were given the wrong boat and cruise name and sent from 1 boat to another despite asking the correct boat who hadn’t been forwarded out details. We left 75 mins late, the food was poor and very little meat. Other passengers served with their hands. The boat also appeared to have only one engine working and was difficult to manoeuvre.
Terrible tourist rip-off

We made it back! That's about the best to be said. Tout startet 45 min. late, there was no tour guide ... and none necessary, because there was nothing to see! The tour starts at the Rolex Towers, almost at the creek's delta. No sights are visited (to far away). There is a bottle of water for each table, and a small plastic cup of Coke OR Sprite. Food was ... Terrrible. No BBQ, as promised, a blend of Indian rice and spices with chicken (not tasty). Toilets on board not fully functional. A waste of time! Take a walk around the boardwalk instead... It's a worthy sight.

Muziek stond veel en veel te hard met krakende en piepende boxen. Eten niet goed, moest haastig en was koud. Slechts 1 bekertje cola, dus geen drinken.

Wir haben schon so eine Fahrt gemacht. Auf dem viel zu vollen Boot waren Reisegruppen die den Anschein erwecken, nie aus dem Zeitalter Neandertals herausgekommen zusein. Das Wort Anstand gab es bei diesen Kulturen nicht. Essen mit Finger, Schmatzen und direkt vom Buffett. Von den eigentlichen Ausflug bekam man nichts mit, da es nicht möglich war sich auf dem Oberdeck aufzuhalten, ohne das sie dir die Stühle unterm Hintern klauen und dann auf Nachfrage noch zickig werden. Auch "niedliche" kleine Tierchen waren auf dem Boot, sodass wir das Essen dann sein ließen und das KitKat aus der Tasche bevorzugten. Schade. Keinen Cent wert!
