We had an amazing time. Our guide Hassan was the best! He took his time, explained everything as went along, and stayed with us to help negotiate at the souks. He is very knowledgeable and personal. He went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care. He did not rush us or move hastily to keep on time. He took photos for us and even posed us for the best picture opportunities. I cannot say enough nice things about him. It was an amazing tour with an amazing guide!!

We had a wonderful time & learned a lot about the history of old Dubai and new Dubai. Our tour included food snacks at Al Khayma Heritage Restaurant. It was delicious. We made reservation to come back for dinner after the tour. Maaz Khan was our tour guide and he was very attentive and made suggestions of things to do and buy while we’re at the Souk market. He also arranged for our dinner table to be downstairs for our meal. Highly suggest this walking tour.

Wow! Such a good tour with so much information but so interesting. Noor was a lovely guide. So helpful. Highly recommend this tour. We did it on our first morning in Dubai and it was a great introduction to the history and culture of Dubai.

The trip started off well and the itinerary is good. However we had been persuade to hold off buying anything till the last stop. The last shop was a total conn. After bartering and agreeing a price he then said “dollar” not dhm. Total scam! The tour guide had disappeared at that point!
Also do not book the breakfast option. We were told if you booked to have breakfast you will not get the Emirati meal. One or the other…
This is not what is advertised. In the advert you are supposed to get both.
Overall a terrible experience!

We never intend to deceive our customers and we take your feedback seriously. The shop belongs to the Souk and please accept our apologies as we always make it a point to ensure that our customers never fall prey to any scams.
The tour guide is only instructed to introduce the place to the customers & not to recommend or accompany any of our customers. Also, they are trained well to let the cx know that they have to bargain and get the best price.
Regarding the breakfast option, we apologize for the miscommunication and we will make sure that our advertising is clearer in the future.

We had a gracious guide. He was so informative and knowledgeable and really took the time to spend with you to explain to you everything. He went above and beyond with all of us and was so accomodating and flexible. His name is ADNAN. He really made the tour an absolutely great experience as you can see how passionate he is about what he does. I have no words to describe the kindness of this man. I have been on many tours but this was one like no other, all thanks to ADNAN.
