We do not provide pick up from Jumeirah Lakes Towers ( JLT ) and other locations outside the city like JVC, Greens DIP, IBN Battuta, JA Hotels, Oasis etc. We will pick up from a meeting point at Marina Mall  Expect delays during drop off due to heavy traffic in the evening time specially Deira & Bur Dubai area.  The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. The duration of the tour includes all pickups and drop-offs
 Dress Code: All the visitors must wear proper clothing, this includes covering up to feet and wrists. Loose long trousers, long skirts, and long sleeves that reach to ankle/wrist are acceptable. Women must cover their head with a scarf. Shorts, tight clothing, and transparent clothing are not acceptable. Men must cover themselves with shirt and full pants. No shorts allowed. No transparent clothing.
 Visitors must be dressed appropriately on arrival; if not, entry will be denied

 Children must be accompanied by an adult. Infant rates apply provided they do not occupy a seat
Women must wear long, loose clothing and ensure that their arms, legs, and heads are covered at all times
Men must not reveal any skin above the knees and their shoulders must be covered
The Sheikh Zayed Mosque is not open for visits during any Islamic festivals
Restaurants will not be open during the month of Ramadan. During this time you are recommended to bring food with you
Lunch is NOT included. It will be on guests expense
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 50 travelers

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

One hour late to pick up!!The driver very kind but the van was old and dirty!Abu Dhabi is worth visiting!The Louvre is magnificent!The Grand Mosque is breathtaking!!

Good tour for an overview of Abu Dhabi

Tour was slightly disorganised. However jameel made sure we visited what we had originally booked. For first pick ups in the morning expect 1h before heading out to Abu Dhabi.

A horror Show

The van was filthy and torn and we were packed in. This was a tour that included visiting the Louvre and just a photo stop at Ferrari world but the tour guide knew nothing about a stop at the Louvre and the rest of the van occupants had tickets to spend 3 hours at Ferrari World. We didn’t get to the palace or Mosque till after dark and from pickup at 9:00 till back at 11:00 was not what we were told. Do not take this tour!

Hi Arlene, Im sorry that your expectations was not met. The tour includes visit to other part of the city. with Louvre Museum entry ticket. You have your tickets and you were dropped at and visited the Louvre Museum. Im not sure which part of the tour details was not clear to you that you were expecting PRIVATE vehicle while infact you booked for a sharing pick tour. This sharing tour includes the Ferrari World stop. The order of the program is not fixed. slots for the Shiek Zayed Mosques will be determined on daily basis, so if the available timing on that specific day is evening, the visit will be in the evening. This tour was not the itinerary that we booked. The driver was very difficult to understand. The tour we booked and the tour we went on were 2 different itineraries and we had no heads up to the change. Beware when booking.

This is the third "complaints" you made. All the the information was WRITTEN in the tour information had you been reading them before booking, you would have known what was the tour itineraries. There is a guide during your tour and you happily accepted your Louvre Museum Tickets and enter and at the same time you were asking a refund. You seem to want to enjoy the trip but want it free. If you want to raise another complain or different story, you can contact us directly, we might consider to give yo compensation if your complaints proved to be true. Le temps des visites étaient très mal organisées, nous étions très mal installés dans le mini bus à cause de la petite taille des sièges, nous étions très intéressé par la visite de la mosquée sheikh zaid , nous voulions visiter cet endroit en journée pour profiter de la lumière du jour , mais cette visite s’est transformé en visite nocturne ultra rapide, nous avions même pas eu le temps de se prendre en photo. C’est vraiment dommage 😞
