    • A private car booking is required if traveling with children under 5yrs old. • A private car is required for residence pickup. Alternatively, we can pick you up from the nearest hotel (shared car). •A portion of the fee goes towards local conservation efforts.

    How much swearing do you want! There was no trip to the falconry experience. We messaged and message for days about the time of our pickup. We contacted Viator, we tried to contact the local tour operator. What a shambles. No help from anywhere! We travelled from Abu Dhabi to Dubai for this experience and paid £325 for the trip plus £500 for our 2 nights in a hotel in Dubai and at the very last minuet we were left "High and dry". No way of us doing anything else because all tourist attractions were pre booked. You have ruined 3 days of our holiday in the Emirates and cost us a fortune in cash. Thanks for that! Please respond.
