      • Most travelers can participate
      • The minimum weight of all participants together should be 55kg (120 Pounds)
      • The maximum weight of all participants together should be 180kg (400 Pounds)
      • If the combined weight of participants in a parasailing activity exceeds 170kg, the participants must be required to do separate parasail flights, and there will be an additional charge of AED100 for each individual flight.
      • You should anticipate or expect canceling a parasailing session, even if participants are present at the location, when adverse weather conditions like strong winds, rain, or wind gusts pose risks to safety.
      • This tour is suitable for people from 6 to 80 years of age
      • For safety reasons, infants under the age of 2 year are not permitted on board our boats.
      • Participants should be aware that, in the event of unforeseen mechanical issues or adverse weather conditions, an emergency landing may be necessary for safety reasons, and this could involve landing in the water. Participants are expected to comply with crew instructions during such situations to ensure a secure outcome.
      • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 12 travelers

      Cancellation Policy

      You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

      • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
      • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
      • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
      • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
      • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
      • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

      After reading the reviews I opted to carry out this excursion. What a great decision!! The scenery was amazing and the staff were very very good. One negative was I was continually pushed to leave a review whilst on the excursion. I would of left a 5 star review anyway but would have wanted to enjoy the experience first and leave a review later when I got back to my hotel.

      Best experience out of everything we done! Such an adrenaline fulfilling activity! Crew was amazing!! They gave us some of the best views of Dubai! The crew made sure to give us all the information we needed before & after the activity The man doing the photographs + videos always made us do more poses and fix our faces & hair - which many don't point out!! Thanks to that I am sure the photos will turn out super well! I just wished it was a little longer haha! 15 minutes is too short Loved loved it!!! If you are ever in dubai - put it on your bucket list!

      Great parasail with Anish and Vijith. Fast boat, professional equipment, friendly and personal service. They took great photos with our camera. It was so much fun. It was my daughters first time and she loved it. Extra info: there are no restrooms on the docks, so go to the restrooms in the main building at the entrance before going to the dock. And there is a lovely cafe there also for afterwards, great petit-fours.
