      Our flight arrived late so we didn’t get to our pick up area in time. Rimo however made other arrangements to accommodate us at no additional charge. Great service!!
      Stay away from this service. Total rip-off

      Total scam. I was ripped off so you are advised to not use this service. As soon as I booked I received a message stating they wanted additional 25 dollars for my transfer to my hotel. I did not accept, I notified them accordingly and eventually I didn’t use their service. I asked a refund in advance but I was fully charged.
      A ride with many errors

      While the car ride went well without a hitich, there was an issue with cost and payment. While the driver initially thought the trip had been fully paid, he subsequently claimed that the company he was working for wanted an additional $30. He spent two-and-one-half days hounding us, even calling us at our hotel at 11 PM to arrange the additional payment. We finally were able to leave the additional money at the hotel reception and assume he received it. The miscommunication (the trip was booked for me by my travel agent) was quite distressing.

      This was the most disorganized and chaotic mess that I’ve ever experienced in my travels. I scheduled this transport IN ADVANCE and for at least a week leading up to the trip I attempted to contact this company to solidify the pickup details. I never heard back until the day of my flight and the representative only wanted my flight information in order to track my flight and be there when I arrive. My flight landed at 1115pm local time and we were out of the airport, bags in hand by midnight. At 130am we were still standing outside of the airport (WITH a representative from the company who also had trouble contacting our ride). Finally, some representative, via WhatsApp, texted me that my ride was on the way. He provided a car color and license plate. Well, when the gentleman next to me (not the one on WhatsApp) finally told me that my ride was present to take me to my hotel, the car and license plate information did not match the info I was given on WhatsApp. I was sure that i was being scammed or something, but the guy insisted that the other representative was wrong. They also charged me an additional $20 USD because they said my hotel was out of range, but again, when I booked the car, I sent multiple messages asking if my hotel was covered and never received a response. If it had not been too late to cancel & be refunded, I would have canceled and just hopped in an Uber. There were an abundance of them outside and I’m sure I could have hopped in one of them straight away, rather than waiting two hours for a ride that should’ve been there when I arrived. According to the gentleman handling things at the airport, he never even had my name or arrival information until I was at the airport texting the guy (manager) on WhatsApp that I had arrived and my ride was not here. He showed me a list of scheduled pickups and I was not on it… but he had received a text from his manager with my name and hotel info at 1215am (I had already been there for an hour). Do yourself a favor. Avoid this booking! They have poor communication (amongst themselves and with the customer) and lack good service.

      Wry prices and patient and they follow your arrival step by step and wait for you specially even after there is a long waiting time upon arrival. I would definitely recommend them

      Comprei o pacote e nunca me responderam aos e-mails! Mandaram uma mensagem horas antes da viagem tento em conta que eu tenho 5h de diferença com Dubai. Cheguei com a minha filha ao Dubai e não estava ninguém à nossa espera e nunca me responderam e nem devolveram o dinheiro. Foram péssimos, nunca mais comprarei experiências com o Viator
