Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall, holding a nameplate with the name provided during the booking process. The flight will be monitored in case of any delays and the driver will be waiting for 60 minutes after landing.

Please be advised, that your driver will be waiting for you at the airport for 1 hour from actual arrival time of your flight. Flight arrival times are always monitored, so in the event of a delay, your driver will still be waiting for you.
Please inform us if child seat/booster is needed at the time of the booking.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We reserved a drive to pick us up from Dubai International Airport to our hotel. Upon arrival, we were disappointed because the driver was not waiting for us at the designated area. We kept calling Viator to inquire about the driver, but they seemed unaware of the situation. The company appeared very unorganized. After waiting for an hour at the airport, Viator promised to issue a refund for us. Eventually, we called Uber, and within one minute, the driver arrived and took us to our hotel. I do not recommend Viator to anyone due to their unorganized and unprofessional service.

Plenty of pre arrival communication. Waiting exactly where they said. Got us in our car in a timely manner. Our driver was informative as we drove and very polite. Also, very good driver. Exactly everything we needed after a 14 hour flight.

Adequate but not comfortable

The shuttle was timely and adequate. Unfortunately, there was heat on most the way until the driver realized it and turned it off. Cool air was coming in so we really were not sure what the hot air was and thought it was coming from the engine. The driver was not very friendly so we didn’t ask about the hot air. I guess we should have. The last third of the trip was good. Then we had to stop for gas and lastly the driver did not. know where our hotel was located. He asked a couple of taxi’s until I gave him my phone with directions. It was a major hotel downtown. Overall, the shuttle was adequate as we got to our destination in a timely manner. It just could have been a little more comfortable.
