The duration of transfers can vary depending on the time of the day and traffic conditions.

If your driver is late, we kindly ask you to wait for 15 minutes before leaving.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Couldn’t modify pickup time and our flight got cancelled from Paris to Dubai. We were put on another flight. We contacted the tour provider and they advised we couldn’t change our pickup time because we were arriving a few hours later.

Great car service. Our flight was delayed and we had some minor difficulties navigating the airport but our driver was very patient with us and we easily found where we needed to be and didn’t wait more than maybe 5-10 minutes. We already booked to use them as our return service back to the airport when we are leaving. Would definitely recommend if you don’t want the headache of dealing with things last minute

Terrible airport to hotel transfer experience...

Terrible experience. No coordination between employees whatsoever at all. Pick-up agent was hostile and driver was lost and did not know where to pick me up and had no idea how to get to my hotel and took me to the wrong hotel. Not a reliable service unfortunately...

Terrible airport to hotel transfer experience...

Greeter upon arrival could not be located. Greeter and driver could not connect well to coordinate my transfer to the vehicle and left me outside for 30 minutes while trying to locate each other. No offer to assist with luggage and once I got to the vehicle the driver took me to the wrong hotel then asked me if I knew how to get to the correct hotel because he did not know how to use the application, maps etc. All in all a terrible, chaotic experience and not worth the money I paid especially after travelling for nearly 16 hours to get to Dubai.

You will get a shuttle van not a sedan

When we arrived we were promptly met by a representative after we picked up our bags. We were told to wait for 5 minutes while he located a driver. After 5 minutes he returned another representative who walked us outside to be picked up by a driver. After a couple of minutes our driver arrived. On our reservation it shows a black shiny sedan. The wording in the description says that the vehicle is a sedan. We were delivered to the hotel in a white shuttle van. If you advertise with a nice sedan on your site and say it will be a sedan naturally that is what I expect. If I wanted to rent a shuttle van I would have searched for shuttle van services. The driver was very friendly and got us to our destination of choice. At least this company delivered on that. I reached out to this company yesterday with no response. I also reached out to Viator. They said they reached out to the company as well and they too are waiting on a response.

I did not have a good experience with this company. I asked to be picked up an hour early but because It was in the 24 hour time period They cannot accommodate me and I was going to lose my ride on the plane so I had to find another way.

Don’t Plan On A Town Car- it’s a Van!
