This is a farce for a tour . The travel time, border crossing requires at least 80% of the time, meaning we only HAD 90 MINUTES to SEE PETRA, which takes 4 hours minimum.
Viator should not sanction this.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Please be aware that the waiting on the border happened a long time in your specific case due to Jordanian police stopping you for a check and some investigation. However, our company controls the entire tour process; however, not the police work. We are sorry you feel not satisfied.
