*Please make sure your phone is working because we are going to be texting you the meeting point details or also sending messages on the Viator system. *At the airport on arrival day, we will meet you around baggage claims area with a sign. *At the ferry port, we will meet you around the passenger's pick up area. * Oversize or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. *Please make sure you enter the correct information of the flight arriving in PR like airline name and flight number so we can track it down. *Please contact us if any changes happens in the information like flight number and arrival time, hotel's name or pickup time and drop off location. *Waiting time without any kind of communication: no more than 20 minutes from the time set on the booking unless you contact us to inform about any changes. *After 20 minutes of waiting, if you do not contact us, it will be consider as a "No show, No calls" and no refund will apply.
