What To Expect

Receive a morning pickup from your Flagstaff hotel, then descend more than 2,000 feet (610 meters) down through the scenic environs of Oak Creek Canyon en route to Sedona.

When you arrive in this alleged hotspot of new age mysticism, you’ll receive a sightseeing introduction from your guide. Hear about the history, geology, and folklore of the region, and then explore the supposed “vortex sites” that give Sedona its reputation as a hotspot for mystical energy.

Spend the second half of your visit exploring the town on your own, taking advantage of recommendations from your guide on where to shop, eat, and explore. You might grab some lunch (own expense), browse the town’s numerous art galleries, or simply admire the striking arrangement of red rocks that surround the town’s edges. You’ll receive a ride back to Flagstaff at the end of your trip.

The views were amazing. However, I would not suggest going up to the church on a Sunday. One lane traffic, bumper to bumper, took too much time. Would like to have stopped at the vortex and had time to climb up and experience it. Adequate free time to shop Sedona.

This was a fantastic tour of Sedona! Our guide Sherman was a delight and wealth of information. Comfortable ride, with incredible views. We appreciated the pick up and drop off to our hotel since we flew in and didn't rent a vehicle. Who wants to drive on a vacation? Not me! Lol! I recommend this tour for Sedona sights.

Al picked us up promptly for our tour. He was very informative throughout the day, telling us about the history and geology of the area. We got to see some very beautiful sights, and had ample free time in Sedona for lunch and souvenir shopping. I would highly recommend this tour, it was a great way to spend the day!

Our tour guide seemed distracted and in a hurry to just get the tour over. The people different from the tour driver who picked us up at our hotel in Flagstaff were very informative and gave us a better tour while on the way to Sedona than the actual Sedona tour. The entire thing was very disorganized.

The wildfire was north of the city posing no immediate danger. The hiking trails were closed due to arid conditions in the city. However, this tour does not provide nor do we advertise that hiking is an option. The tour you booked was conducted as advertised and verified with the other guest on this tour. We offer a 24 hour cancellation on this tour which you did not select. We regret that examination of the tour details on our website and brochure did not occur in advance
