Giuseppe was wonderful! Communication with Manuela and Giuseppe was great, and when we arrived from the train a bit earlier than the booked time, they watched our train arrival and picked us up early. Giuseppe was entertaining, friendly and informative. Highly recommend!

Pretty Much a Rip Off

120+ euros to go from Santa Maria Novella to Via Ventisette Aprile? Pretty ridiculous. Its roughly 9 minutes drive! But my mistake for assuming the price was round trip (as usually RT costs 140). I will never book anything with this vendor again. When I attempted to politely discuss, pay a little more, and make it round trip at the typical rate, they fully lashed out at me (“Not my problem, you should have been more careful!”). Pretty crazy. However, technically, they were correct. I should been more careful in booking them. In the end, probably the lowpoint of the trip, just because it was so petty and weird and a quick and easy ripoff. In all our travels, this is the first overtly negative review we’ve ever written —- but we feel they are simply not reasonable / trustworthy. Try Hireinitaly.com instead! Half the cost, twice the integrity. Hope this helps you in your travels! 😊

Dear customer, I have never read a negative review where it clearly says that there are no faults on our part. If you think you want to spend less (and maybe use another service), you are free to do so. But not by penalizing our work with an absolutely ridiculous review. We will report this to Viator/TripAdvisor because you are using their reputation to advertise other websites. Our strength is the quality of the service, nobody forces you to choose us. You got what you paid for: a top class service with strictly Mercedes latest generation vehicles. If you think you want to settle for less, just read before buying and, above all, avoid venting your frustrations on those who, like us, work hard every day to give a better service than the competition. We will report you to the relevant authorities for unauthorized advertising.

Dear, on the spot there were two drivers, one of ours and one booked directly by your agency and in the end your agency guaranteed that you had to go with the other driver for which our driver also waited but in the end it was established that you went with the other driver and they sent our driver away but for us it's a no show as our colleague went to the airport to pick you up and your agency made a mistake in booking a double service so blame her, not us, leaving us reviews that we don't deserve. And then if you really haven't had the service, do you let us know with a review and don't call us the same day? All customers call if they don't see a driver, the night before we also send the number of our colleagues on the spot and you you never called any of them and us. Best regards

This experience was memorable for all of the wrong reasons. My transfer to FLR for an international flight was confirmed the night before, yet no ride ever showed up. I called to report the issue and was told there was a problem and my call would be returned. After thirty minutes and no further communication, I took a taxi to the airport. I expect a full refund for this prepaid transport.

Made getting to our hotel super easy!

Our driver, Simone, was very nice, spoke English very well, and shared some good information with us. The trip only took a few minutes from the train station to our hotel. We had a little difficulty finding him in the train station as there are 3 exits. Luckily we had his phone number and just called him. I had his number the day before, so I would recommend verifying location prior to meeting up with your driver.

I booked and paid for a car to transport 5 people. My confirmation clearly says party of 5. Driver showed up with small car for 3. Part of group had to take a telaxi and I was charged for a party of 5. Very disappointed

Thank you Renato.. he picked us up in perotala airport on time and also gave us recommendation.. he helped us with our luggages which is very convenient for us.. we also used this same company going to the Santa Maria novela train station e. Route to rome.. we didn’t want the wheels of our luggages damaged going to the train station that could cause future inconvenience for us so we are glad we did used their transportation services.. we recommend this transportation services in Florence and plan to use them again in the future

Driver did not show up and was not reachable by phone or message or email. I had to call a taxi after 30 minutes. The driver reached out later and apologized and said he got into a car accident which is why his phone was off. I hope he is ok, and perhaps he truly couldn't give me a call to tell me, but it still left me stressing out before a international flight for my family of 3 which includes an infant.
