Transfer from central Florence to Florence Airport

My Driver was on time and very professional. Made for any easy start to my trip back home. I used Viator to book my transfers both to and from the airport and would use them again. I also used Viator to book a day trip of horseback riding, village tour and wine tasting in San Gimignano that was very good.

We arranged a 4:00am pick-up for transportation to the Florence airport. We communicated three time as to the location and time of the pick up. The driver never showed up. We ordered taxis but there was an hour long wait to get a taxi. Our family missed our flight home! Missed work, added costs and high levels of stress were all a result of this company not doing the job they were paid to do. They never contacted us, they just left us standing on a street corner in Florence at 4:00am.

Our driver showed up late because he drove past our door while texting. When he did arrive he threw around our luggage complaining we had too much when we clearly clarified how many bags we had. He did not speak any English which usually doesn’t matter to us but he was yelling at us in Italian. He never greeted us. He texted while driving and complained the whole ride on the phone. When we got out at the airport we thanked him and he ignored us and drove away.
