We were reluctant to book since this was our first visit to Freeport. We have been all over the Caribbean but never Freeport. This tour was awesome! From being easy to find after getting off ship to the last moment. Our guide, Charlie, is fabulous! Kind, considerate, knowledgeable and good sense of humor. A+

My wife and I and our two traveling companions all had a fine time on this tour. The weather was overcast, but the rain held off for the most part. We got to walk in Lucayan National Park, with its caves and mangrove swamp and beautiful beach. Later on the tour we enjoyed a delicious lunch (at our own expense) on the veranda of an attractive restaurant overlooking another beach. There were only four of us on this tour, in a van that could have held several more, so our friendly and helpful tour guide, Charley, was willing to drive us to a couple of places beyond the usual itinerary, and thus we got to see a variety of neighborhoods on the island. A good experience, with some shopping at the end.

This was nothing less than an AMAZING must have and do experience. Lucky for my husband and I we were the only ones scheduled for this tour with Charlie. It was as if we had our own personal tour guide to sightsee all of the locals go to’s. IT WAS AMAZING. If you decide to book this excursion I highly suggest asking for Charlie. He made this excursion worth its wild. We saw and learned things that honestly we would have not known or done if we were to tour the grand Bahamas on our own. Charlie was very informative and took us to a local dining spot. A must see and reccomend to eat the snapper with fries!!

Charlie was my guide and did the tour for just me. While we were in the park, he taught me about the usage of a lot of plants, and taught me about the local ecological system (birds, fish, etc.), which was informative. Will definitely recommend this tour.

We were so blessed to have Charley as our guide to this tour. Charley is very knowledgeable and responsible. We learned quite a lot during the 4.5 hours with him. I called him "doctor" and my aunt called him "the medicine man" as he told us about the names and medical usages of the various bushes on our way to the two caves in Lucayan National Park. A lunch stop at Banana Bay was wonderful. We love the conch chowder there. Thanks to Charley for a pleasant and informative tour day in Freeport, Bahamas.

This experience is fantastic! Charlie is a treasure of knowledge and loves to share. We learned so much about the island and the people on the island. Every stop was beautiful. We had 4 people in our group from our cruise and we were able to make the time flexible for us. We were back to our ship with plenty of time to relax and look around the port vendors. Karen the tour guide was great! She was very knowledgeable about the Grand Bahama Island. Seeing the Lucaya National Park, the Cave with bats and the Gold Creek Beach where Pirates of the Caribbean was filmed was awesome! Ending the tour at Banana Bay restaurant - ate some delicious fried conch fritters - yummy!!

Our guide, Lisa, was great. She had so much knowledge of the island to share with us. Took us to caves, national park, beaches that are so beautiful and peaceful. She and I shared a similar childhood memory of what I called fainting plants. Hers was no touch ems- I think.

Charlie our tour guide is awesome. Explained everything about the Island you need to know to understand it’s history and current culture. Went to the National Park - Gold Rock beach - marketplace and Banana Bay- great day. Asked him to take us to snorkel next day at Paradise Cove. Great Guy!

No tour guide at the National Park

The driver was kind and provided some information and island history. We were driven to the National Park and our $18.00 fee was paid by the driver. We were then left on our own to explore, no tour guide was provided. This wasn’t the tour we expected after paying $240.00.
