Awesome hike to the waterfall!
Mindi_V, May 2023
TJ was an awesome guide! We learned about the trees and flowers, birds and insects. He intuitively stopped to teach us about the forest after inclines He set a pace comfortable for our twenty year olds and the seventy year old in our group, yet kept to our four hour time window. We would not have wanted to miss out on this amazing hiking experience in the Smokey Mountains.

Jeremy Rocks!

Jeremy was incredible- the hike was very educational due to Jeremy’s extensive knowledge. Jeremy was very accommodating to the groups needs and allowed us to progress at a pace that was right for each hiker. Beautiful hike with a wonderful waterfall to cap it off.

Ken was an amazing tour guide. He shared history and woods lore along the way. The falls were gorgeous and the scenery amazing.
Ben Is Awesome
Shatondria_B, Aug 2021
Our guide Ben, was awesome. He was filled with so much knowledge and was understanding of everyone's pace. He also had minimum gear and snacks. He was prepared for those unprepared. He made sure we knew what to touch, what not to touch and everything. He gave a lot of history as well. It was a nice experience. If you are first timer like me. I suggest you train..haha..because on the way there was cool and fine but on the way back. We took the same path and it was more challenging because of the incline. There was times I thought i wouldn't make it..haha..but in the end it was worth it. We hiked to the waterfall in the middle of the mountain and it was so pretty. We also ran into deer and amphibians. We didnt see any bears although it was possible. However Ben prepares you for that as well. I suggest you have a hiking stick. You will need it. If we get the chance to do it again. I hope we get Ben again
Jeromy was the best.

We had a guy in our hiking parting that got sick and our guide Jeromy was absolutely the best handling the situation.

Mike was a super guide, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. I would love to do and overnight trip.
Very pleasant experience
Nancy_L, Jun 2021
Due to the miscommunication between Viator and local tour company for the tour starting time we missed the tour. They fully refund us and provided us with a complimentary tour the next day. We had a very pleasant experience with our tour guide Brooke and other group members.
Wonderful walk in the woods
Barbara_K, Jun 2021
The guide kensey was wonderful. She knew a lot about the area and the plants and bugs. She helped me cross when I needed help. The company was very helpful also to make sure my experience went well. We saw so much more than we would have seen on our own. Worth every penny we paid .
Beautiful and fun!

Dylan was an incredible guide - very informative and lots of fun. The hike is strenuous in parts but well worth it!
Fun Hike to a Waterfall
Mark_M, Oct 2020
I googled top hiking tours in Gatlinburg and found this tour. Kensey was our tour guide and was very knowledgeable on the area, history, and other fun and interesting facts. She took us on a less traveled path to a waterfall. I would not have known it was there if I did not book this tour. Definitely recommend!
An amazing morning in the smokies
Cynthia_L, Jul 2020
This is Jordan, Cynthia’s daughter, writing this review. We aren’t necessarily a hiking family, but in light of recent events we wanted to take part in a safe activity. Boy did we have an amazing time. Our guide, Sam, was engaging, helpful, and knowledgeable. Her enthusiasm about the Smokies alone was enough to make us enjoy the trip. In addition, she had no qualms around making the trip back slow for those who were exhausted traveling uphill. She was simply the best! I would recommend this hike to anyone for the views, the education and the fun.
Beautiful Hike
Henry_N, Dec 2019
Our guide was nice, flexible, and very knowledgeable of the area. The hike was serene and beautiful! We recommend it!!
