Me and my friends had a really bad experience and we are least satisfied with the service. One of the male instructor was rude to my friends. Also my friend almost drowned and no one was there to take care of her. Two of the female instructors who accompanied us were amazing.

We are professionals and our top priority is the safety of all the participants. Stating that your friend almost drowned can be your impression because this is our responsability and we take really care for it. Please, next time, follow our instructions carefully, this activity can be fun and safe, but you need to follow our instructions and pay atention to whay the instructors are asking to do. Best regards and please, do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to discuss something with us directly. It's much more constructive than leaving a review trying to damage our reputation.
