Amazing and very knowledgeable tour guy. Highly recommended this tour. Our tour guy is PHD local student in history, I feel like he knows so much about the History we can pretty much ask him anything. We really enjoy our time there.

La excursión empezó genial con nuestro guía Ahmed, hablaba castellano a la perfección, era conciso y eficiente en sus explicaciones, nos encantó y aprendimos en 3 horas con él lo que no habíamos hecho en 7 días de viaje con nuestro guía, el problema llegó cuando un problema personal hizo que Ahmed se tuviera que ir, y lo sustituyó Idh un guía con pésimo castellano al que no fuimos capaces de entender ni una sola palabra, le pedíamos una y otra vez que hablara más despacio pero hacía caso omiso a todo lo que le decíamos o pedíamos. Nada más llegar nos soltó solas en el Bazar casi 2 horas porque debía irse a rezar a su mezquita. después cuando volvió tocó correr y correr para sufragar la pérdida de tiempo, nos hizo comer un bocadillo que le especificamos que no nos gustaba y no queríamos, en el propio coche de camino al museo y sin bebida siquiera, obviamente no comimos nada y llegamos casi deshidratadas al museo porque ni siquiera nos quiso parar para que pudiéramos comprar comida o bebida a nuestro gusto. En el museo fue una verdadera pesadilla, no entendíamos nada y decía todo de carrerilla, no nos dejó hacernos fotos y solo nos hacía correr y correr y dirigirnos nuestra visita. Nosotras teníamos pagada esa misma visita con nuestro grupo y guía, la pagamos doble por hacerlo con vosotros y que fuera un poco más personal y tranquila al sacrificar la mezquita de alabastro que teníamos con nuestro grupo. Pues un fracaso total y una gran pérdida de dinero y tiempo maravilloso que mis compañeros de viaje si que aprovecharon con nuestro guía. No recomendaré vuestras excursiones bajo ningún concepto y compartiré mi experiencia en Tripadvisor para poder ayudar a otros viajeros a no cometer el mismo error nuestro.

Hello there , First of all we will take your review to the high level, to know what is happen exactly during the day tour. Ahmed left for personal issues as you know , and the one who came to continue the tour is not that bad as you said, he did mistake by going to pary but it is friday prayer which is really important, but he asked you before he went to pray, it was an easy to refuse or asking to continue the tour. Plus you had more than full day tour, anyway will investigate the problem and will try to do the best for the upcoming tours. Regarding to the meals, the tour guide provided sandwiches, and then we provided complementary lunch at nice restaurant. Regards Wonders Of Egypt Tours Team
