Unforgettable experience if you’re ever in Goreme or nearby. Me and my friends stayed in Kayseri for a ski trip and decided to make a day trip to Cappadocia to do the hot air balloon ride, and it was so worth it. The tour was on time, the crew is very friendly and helpful. Watching the other balloons go up and flying among them is such an amazing experience.

A great experience! After what felt like a rather chaotic journey, we started south of Ortahisa and rode over Göreme to behind the Love Valley where we landed. Buse, our woman pilot, did a great job.

Amazing experience! Stuff was very helpful and friendly. The tour took place in goreme area which is where all the other balloons are concentrated. Totally recommend it!

It was a very good experience . However, the balloon pilot sold us a pen drive for USD 30 promising video and photos of our trip. However, it was bogus.
This spoiled our fun. Viator should blacklist this operator and operator should take action against the pilot . I would warn other tourists to be careful

Hello , this is not a scam. You might not be able to open the program in it. Why you did not even contact us about this. We can send it to your e-mail or contact the pilot. Why you do a bad review and blaming us? These things can happen and we can solve. But ıf you do not contact us how we can know you could not open it ?

My husband and I really enjoyed it! The staff was so professional and efficient, and we appreciated that they spoke some English. They made sure we felt well prepared for the landing, which was great.
The views from up in the air were absolutely breathtaking. We loved every moment of it. The ride was also right on time, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a fantastic time and we are grateful for the wonderful experience you provided us.

Too anyone coming to Cappadocia. The Hot Air Balloon is a must trip and worth it. Be weary that it can get cancelled. Mine was booked then cancelled then it went ahead lol.
Everything is was great. The only thing is the pick up is very disorganised. I got mived around to 2-3 different vehicles one company from the next company. Need to organise transport better. Otherwise amazing.
