    Our meeting point is called "Welcome Visitor Centre", 100 metres from the entrance pavilion to the Alhambra, 1 minute walk and next to the Hotel Guadalupe. Go to the souvenir shop on the ground floor from 9:00 to 18:00. If you are outside these hours, go to the offices on the first floor.

      These are real tickets so don’t worry about getting scammed. We had no problems getting in just be aware of the time they give you for the palace. Audio guide… 3 stars, don’t forget your earphones since it is an app.

      Don’t use viator!

      Late Sunday afternoon (less than 24 hours before the tour) we were informed by phone that the tour was starting about 4 hours earlier but we couldn’t change our car reservation. I called viator to cancel and was “tough luck”. Absolutely disgraceful approach to customer service.

      We are sorry for any inconvenience the time change may cause you. However, the reservation voucher details that it is possible, due to the time of access to the Nasrid Palaces, to vary, with some advance notice, the time of access to the monument, so that they could see the four areas that they compose. In any case, you could visit the 3 remaining areas even after the preset time to access the Palaces. In any case, we are extremely sorry for the disruption that this variation may have caused you.

      Generalife was amazing, Palaces beautiful. Get a taxi up and walk down. Wear layers and comfortable shoes. Take snacks and water.

      Beautiful buildings, abysmal organisation

      The buildings are superb, but the advertising and organisation was abysmal. 1. The tour was NOT “Skip the queue” 2. The 1100 admission time was changed without notice to 1300. 3. The numbered locations on the issued map and guide software did not match any location on the ground. Even the French have better organisation! What about QR codes at each location to activate the guided audio software.

      Thank you for your review.Inside the monument it is normal that there are people waiting at the different entrances, it is a very visited monument. With your tickets can go directly to the main entrance. For the audio guide service we always provide a map with the numbers that correspond to the audio guide and this is how we explain it. As for the time, it may be that the appointment time to pick up the tickets and the Palacios Nazaries schedule were not the same, this is also specified in the reservations. Thank you

      We were a little le late so they did not accept the Viator tickets and made us buy new ones we had not been informed that they will be so strict

      Unfortunately the policy of the Alhambra monument is strict, so thats why when you made the reservation through Viator you choose a time. In the case the booking time is passed is necessary to get new tickets, this policy is about the conservation of the Alhambra.

      For 44 usd per person all you get is tickets ( which cost about 20 usd ) and an app which you download to yohr phone, that contains audio guide. Audio guide is very limited, with not enough information, so it is not worth the money.

      Too expensive. I saw on the entrance ticket we received from the local Viator agent, that the real entrance fee was 18 Euro. Why did we have to pay moren then 40 Euros via Internet?

      Alhambra is a great site to visit but pace yourself. A bit painful for having to show ticket and/ or passport around every corner. But a great day. The staff at the Viator pick up were exceptionally helpful.

      Viator's arrangements for redeeming vouchers doesn't work. We showed up in the throngs of tourists tryinfg to get into the Alhambra and found a beleagured guy at the first gate who directed us up the hill to get our tickets. The only place we saw was the parking office, and the guy there didn't know what we were talking about. Back at the entrance, and after talking with several gate keepers, we were directed to another kiosk back up the hill. Finally locating it and waiting in line, we got our tickets, but by then we had lost almost an hour of the three hours we had before finding our way back to town in time to catch the bus back to the port before our cruise boat left. Viator needs to find a better way to redeem vouchers at crowded European tourist sites. Until it does, I would not recommend using it!

The vouchers of Viator with us (the local agency Granavision), our meeting point is clear, next to Hotel Guadalupe, at 50 meters to the Alhambra entrance.       Enjoyed the trip however we had not downloaded the audio guide so we’re given an iPhone which had no headphones so we had to play on speaker. Annoying to other visitors I’m sure as we had quite a few long stares. Enjoyable trip but I gave up on the guide

      It was a total disaster because my schedule was changed

      I scheduled for a 1200 tour for the Alhambra de Nazaries because the only morning train from Malaga was 0935 to 1055. So I had an hour to spare before my 1200 tour. The train was late 15 minutes so I rushed to get a taxi and by the time I got there the woman behind the counter told me my hours were changed to 1100am and I had 10 minutes to walk there with 15 minutes left. Not knowing anything about that place I stood in line and I was 3 minutes late so I wasn't allowed in. That totally ruined my day trip. I went back to that woman behind the counter and basically told me it was my fault that she called me and left me an email. It was not my fault my ticket voucher said 1200 start. I was there at least 15 minutes early. I wrote a chat mail to the tour with my complaint and a request for a refund. It has been ignored. I would tell all my friends and put it out on Facebook and Twitter to avoid at all cost VIATOR. They will cheat you by changing your time. There was no way I could have changed the train schedule to come earlier since that was the only morning train.

      Getting lost! What a bloody nightmare. The audio guide numbers didn’t correlate with the map we were given and was very confusing. Very stressful. Thankfully we got to the Palace in time. It was incredible! But the whole experience was ruined by the poor map. Thankfully we had been warned how hopeless the directions were and had allowed plenty of time.

      The Nasrid Palaces were amazing. Views of surrounding area are spectacular. Generalife Gardens are fabulous. Spent the whole day at Alhambra soaking up the history and taking lots of photos. Great lunch at The American Hotel.

      Booked an 8:30 am tour and was told the day before that my tour was now 13:00. I had other plans in the afternoon that could not be cancelled so I lost those tickets. Fair warning to others. Book directly with the Alhambra if you want to go when you want to.

      Well worth a visit. The main issue for me was the audio guide. We downloaded the audio guide app on the phone but the numberings for the locations does not correspond with the audio guide

The numbers are not the same as the Alhambra because Granavision is the only agency that provides a map of the Alhambra, with the numbers of our audioguide, anyway when you picked your tickets up in our offices, staff always inform of this, and gives recomendations of the visit and important suggestion of the Alhambra.
