- Total weight per passenger: 300 lbs
- Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability
- Not wheelchair accessible
- Infant children are considered a lap child if they are under the age of two and have proof of age, such as a passport or a copy of their birth certificate
- All passengers 18 years of age and older must present government-issued photo ID
- For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing 300 lbs or greater will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour

Both the helicopter tour and the sunset hummer tour were amazing! This was our first visit to the Grand Canyon and to experience our very first views from the helicopter was incredibly beautiful and awe inspiring!!! Chills and a lump in my throat…
We really appreciated how enormous the canyon is. Our only regret was that we didn’t book an hour tour!
Both our pilot and hummer driver were very informative and fun! ! Would definitely recommend this wonderful adventure.

This was wonderful. My friend had never ridden in a helicopter before. She was thrilled. They were wonderful to us, helping us get in and out. The back seat had 4 seats in it but they let us have the back so each of us could have a window. When it came up over the ridge and we saw the canyon it was one of those moments. Brought tears to my eyes. There were many people from other countries. On our flight they were from Germany, so the information was played in English and German. Thought that was pretty cool. It was the highlight of our vacation.

My flight was supposed to leave at 3:30. I got there very early. I was in the waiting area and heard the staff member talking to other customers
It was 3:30
When I said my flight was at 3:30 he said there are no 330 flights
Even though I had the confirmation on my phone
All he had to do was acknowledge that I had a 330 flight and they needed to make a change
It seems there was some kind of error and finally they put me on the 4 o’clock flight
I asked to sit in the front because I have some issues with small spaces
I was going to pay the extra $60
There was a couple upfront and they didn’t switch with me so I sat in the back, which was OK
But the staff didn’t make any effort to speak to them and see if I could change places with one of them
The flight was a great experience. The view is really incredible
But I wouldn’t suggest someone pay that much money to do it again
I did it because two friends told me how absolutely amazing it was
Mainly the experience with the helicopter company was really unpleasant
In particular for something that was a really big expense for me

Experiences were great excluding the canceled helicopter tour (PAPILLON) due to weather. Sunset Hummer tour (BUCK WILD) was great. Getting refund from Viator was issue. Bank account credited $500 on an activity that cost $329/person Helicopter tour $658 total.You do the math!!!! Book direct with BOLD vendors and avoid 3rd party bookings!!!
