Enjoy a sweeping panoramic view of the Grand Canyon from the historic Desert View Watchtower. Architect Mary Colter created the tower, built in the early 1930s, as an homage to the watchtowers built by the Ancestral Puebloan people who once inhabited the Four Corners area. The murals inside were painted by a local Hopi artist.

Excellent experience!
This tour was perfect! We were able to see a bunch of great overlooks and the views were incredible! Dan was very knowledgeable and the facts and history about the GC were awesome!

Excellent tour!
We took a tour of the Grand Canyon with Dave and it was a spectacular experience! Not only did we get to areas we couldn't get to on our own, but the information was great! A wonderful and educational way to see nature's wonder!

Originally had a...
Originally had a scheduled departure of 4:30, received a phone call at 3:15 asking how far away we were, then was informed that the trip time was changed to 3:30 and that Viator was notified of the change. We never received an email or update of the change. The company held the Jeep so we could make the tour. Pink Jeep Tours gets 5 stars for their handling of the situation, Viator gets 1 star for the lack of communication that almost cost us our tour and money.
