The app was easy to use and helpful. I didn’t realize there was a section from Bright angel to Hermits rest where you had to take the park bus to visit but those sections but that’s my fault. Other than that it was worth the money compared to paying for a guided tour with a transportation.

Horrible app.

I reserved a tour well in advance. I was charged for the tour, but the day it was to start, the reserved tours disappeared from my downloads and did not show in the app. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with ' support's. He couldn't' fix the issue either Although he did provide a tour I didn't want or need so, I never used that either.. I ended up unable to have any driving tour unfortunately. I total waste of money.

It was hard to follow their GPS. There's a lot of movie knowledge but not a lot of history knowledge. Not Android Auto compatible. It only took us to two hiking sites and that was it.

You might not have explored all available tours fully; we aim to cover many sites and stories, including numerous hiking spots beyond the two you mentioned. For a smoother listening experience, we suggest connecting your phone directly to your car's stereo via cable or Bluetooth, as we're still awaiting Android Auto and Apple CarPlay integration.

It was difficult to figure out where to start the Sedona tour. We ended up having to backtrack rather far. We never needed the Grand Canyon one as our rental cabin was literally a few feet from the South rim.

Great tour package

Self-driving tour was easy to use and informative. My husband is very susceptible to motion sickness, so we did not want to book jeep tours or bus tours. We were able to have the "tour operator" in the car with us. You can stop as you like, or choose to continue on at each highlight. Highly recommend.

We loved the viator, it was a little confusing when we went to the Grand Canyon. We started in a different location, south entrance because north was closed so on the tour it had us backwards. The information about Grand Canyon and Sedona was invaluable. Some tour sites on the Sedona never popped up, ex the chapel of the holy cross. At least in Sedona we started at the right location. I would definitely recommend this to others

Didn't Work, Drained Battery, etc.

I was looking forward to using this app hoping it would work as advertised. It did not work when I wanted to use it, however, and wreaked havoc on my Samsung phone with some kind of virus or something that drained the battery incredibly fast and prevented my phone from working. Very disappointed. :(

Ray, this is a serious accusation. My tour cannot transmit a virus of any sort or prevent a phone from working. The tour uses battery life but nothing more than Google Maps or any other GPS app. I would highly encourage you to reach out to me via my many support lines (email, chat, call).
Wonderful Guide for Adventure

We luckily packed warm clothes but even in chilly temperatures in Sedona and a few white outs at Grand Canyon we still had lots of sun and breathtaking views. The guide gave us history we would have never gotten on our own and we could go at our own pace.

The app didnt work for us. Went to starting point. App started to navigate us out of the park. Complete silence no narration at all. A complete waste of my money.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. Keeping in mind that the National Parks have no internet service, the tour has been designed so that once downloaded, it does not require an internet connection to take the tour; all you need to do is grant GPS access to the app. It seems that you have not allowed the GPS to the app. I wish you had contacted me earlier. I have a call/chat/email/help option. In any case, I will happily exchange the tour with any of my other 100 tours in the US. Please let me know. This tour is yours for a lifetime. You can use it for pictures, a second review at home, sharing with friends, and for your next trip here.

The first Sedona tour took us half an hour down the road from where we were staying then looped back almost to the starting point before beginning the narration/ waste of time. The narration itself is too brief, tells little about the formations, too much about Hollywood. I thought the : Sedona ones were different from each other but they are the same in reverse order.
