With this tour, you'll take the road less traveled to reach the natural wonder, driving along scenic back roads in a comfortable 4WD safari vehicle and avoiding the busy south entrance gate. On arrival, follow your guide on a walking tour along the South Rim and take in the views from Yavapai Point, Lookout Studio, and Bright Angel Trailhead.

The drive through the Ponderosa pines and Pinot Pines was really enjoyable. Saw a coyote on the drive
Seeing the Grand Canyon for the 1st time was breathtaking!!! Enjoyed stopping at multiple viewpoints.
Learning information from the guide about animals, geology, history and Native Americans was very interesting!!!
Werner was our guide and he was fabulous!!
Knowledgeable, funny and open to accommodate the group!!!

Fantastic experience with our guide Werner! I enjoyed traveling the back roads to the canyon, hearing details and stories, and seeing photos of wildlife. Werner balanced the timing of the trip to spend enough time in each place at the rim. Highly recommend!
I was hesitant about the trip because I have a bad ankle, but it was completely fine. I had control over how much walking I did, or didn’t do, so it was perfect.

Our tour guide Tyler was amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. The drive through the forest to the back entrance was definitely worth booking with this tour group!

Our tour guide Cara was so friendly and knowledgeable of the area and history of the canyon. We really enjoyed taking the back road into the Grand Canyon, much better than waiting in traffic at the main entrance. The forest was beautiful and the views of the canyon were stunning. Cara was on top of things making sure we caught a glimpse of the canyon around the fog and snow that took place that day and also had water, ponchos, and blankets for us just in case. Highly recommend this tour!
