Does not start on time and make sure you like your photos before you leave. They were friendly but just lacked making sure the customer is satisfied.

Photos together and you said it was amazing because you always wanted to do it . We never let guess leave without reviewing the pictures so if it’s that’s you don’t like something else we can’t do anything about this unfortunately.

Compton was great and gave me so many photos! I got dozens instantly on my phone, as well as a few videos! Definitely worth the cost for amazing photos in a gorgeous location!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with the Clear Kayak Photoshoot in Grank Turk. We took photos for our honeymoon and they came out great. The guys we worked with were very nice and professional. They even helped us come up with some fun poses. Would definitely recommend to people who want to have some special photos on the clear blue sea.

Great experience, everyone was nice!!. I wasn’t sure when my pictures were being taken though, so some of my pictures didnt come out right. I am still waiting on my edited images also, they told me 24-48hrs, it was done on Thursday 23rd. I would do again though, next time I will know what to expect.!!! Beautiful waters !!!

It was a horrible experience. They had us out in the hot sun waiting around for hours. They were so disorganized. I sat for 3 hours to wait on my turn and then waited another 1 hour for my pictures. Only to return to my ship and realized I only had about 10 pictures and they had sent me someone else’s pictures, when I was promised 40-50…I had to get off the ship and go back to them for them to say they couldn’t find my pictures and I would have to do the shoot all over. There was no way I was waiting around again. They ruined most of my shore day already. Everyone was complaining about how long it was taking. I was very disappointed and didn’t get what I paid for!

Hey this claim is incorrect we paid for beach chairs with umbrellas in addition to our seating we have . We do apologize for the hardware issue that occurred but it was beyond our control full refunds were issued if you haven’t received a refund via viator please contact us

Don't not book this company. It was a 2 hour wait. They never sent me my pictures. I still haven't recieved a refund or my pictures. The man and his company ruined my birthday and trip!!!!1
They were being so greedy taking all these cash customers and did not honor the people that booked on the viator website
