    Drive from Guatemala City Airport to Lake Atitlan was made so simple and stress-free thanks to William and Joshua. William was communicative from the time I booked to the time of the trip via WhatsApp. Joshua, the driver, was safe, prompt and kind. Highly recommend them both! Private transport is half the price of other companies.

    William (who helped coordinate) and Dereck (who drove me) were both fantastic. I was nervous about being in a car alone with a stranger for 4 hours but Dereck was great company and an excellent driver. He picked me up right in front of the airport and kept the car at a comfortable temperature. He offered to stop along the way for a bathroom break which was nice on such a long ride. The traffic in the city made the drive about 4 hours instead of their estimated 3, but it seems like most things in Guatemala take a bit longer than anticipated. Dereck even stopped at a beautiful view point above the lakes so I could take some photos before we descended into Panajachel. It was also easy to communicate with William via Whatsapp when I landed to find out where the driver was and how to meet him. Comparing the cost to other companies, their price is probably the best I encountered if you're looking for a private shuttle. If you need to make the long drive from the airport to Lake Atitlan, I highly recommend them.

    Five stars is not enough for William and Quetzal Shuttles. He and the whole company was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I only booked two days in advance and they took care of helping me make a complicated route, were always in time, and flexible whenever our plans changed. William was very responsive through WhatsApp throughout our trip and made what would have been a very difficult process as easy as could be. If you are looking for a private taxi, this is THE ONLY OPTION.

    It was so efficient having this private car/van pick us up from Panajachel/Lake Atitlan to take us to the Guatemala City airport at the time we wanted instead of having to wake up even earlier to take the shared shuttle. The driver, David was great and it took less than 3 hours to get there. It may have taken about 2 hours and 15-20 min which was great! Would recommend

    My plane was late and we arrived an hour later than schedule. Our driver was there with a sign waiting for us. He was really sweet and we did some chatting . It was nice to have the all van for ourself after the flight and for such a long trip

    Fairly easy to find driver at Airport. Ride was smooth and very comfortable for the 3 hour trip. Would highly recommend and would book again. Driver was friendly and professional.

    Francisco was a great driver and got us to our destination ahead of schedule. I would definitely book with them again. William was very communicative via the Viator app and was quick to respond when I had to update the pickup location.

    William, Joshua, and Arturo went above and beyond any high expectations I had for a private driving service from panajachel to Guatemala City and then a very late night private taxi from my barcelo hotel to the international airport for my flight back home as a female solo traveler. Not only was Williams incredibly responsive to every single one of my million messages but he went out of his way to welcome me with a huge bottle of water and a Mayan welcome gift as I booked the 3 hour long drive very last night and he wasn’t sure if he could pick me up at the original time I requested (which I was flexible about). As promised my driver Joshua not only showed up at the location I was at but came over an hour earlier than they had scheduled and the driver was serene and scenic. Both drivers were pleasant to speak with and knew English well enough to carry o. Polite conversation sharing a bit about their family. It was a great service and as a young female solo traveler my first time in Guatemala hardly speaking any Spanish I felt entirely safe and would certainly without hesitation use William and his drivers’ service again: thank you for all your teams hard work in getting me back to the United States safe, comfortably, and on time!

    This service was great to work with! I accidentally booked my shuttle for the wrong time/flight, since I had a multiflight trip. And William caught the error and changed my pickup time last min. This service also tracks your flight information, and is good about messaging if it looks like your flight is going to be late.
