Had such an amazing time and Joey was so informative and friendly. The class went seamless and I loved getting to meet others in the class and just bonding over travels and coffee. Loved how we got to learn about the history of egg coffee, it made the experience that much better.

Great class! The egg coffees we made were delicious and the recipe is so easy I’ll definitely be doing it at home. Plus the place is great, the instructor was so nice and the Lacaph coffee is really good. Overall awesome experience :)

Koffie voor dummies

Leuk anderhalf uur beleefd. Het bereiden van de koffie vraagt eigenlijk maar een goeie twintig minuten tijd, de rest van de workshop bestaat uit het bekijken van video's over koffie(cultuur) in Vietnam. Op zich interessant, maar niet wauw. Maar het enthousiasme van de organisatoren maakt alles goed.
