We would like to thank Robbie for a lovely trip. We did not see elephants but there is nothing that could be done to make this happen. Robbie was knowledgeable, considerate ( we are two ‘ wrinklies’) and was very keen to share his knowledge. We have another trip booked with Viator and do hope he will be our guide

Saw lots of elephants!

We saw a herd of elephants bathing and frolicking, and a herd of guar crossing a plane. Well worth the visit. Van was comfortable and had good AC, with a good, experienced driver. The guide ‘Mee’ had good English and helped us select good fruit at a fruit stand.

Unique experience to see elephants in the natural setting

After reading lots of reviews, I thought we would see elephants from far away, and that the likelihood of seeing a gaur would be almost zero. I guess we got lucky - we saw both! And an elephant quite close! I highly recommend hiring a pair of binoculars. But the bit that isn’t down to luck, are the amazing tour guides! Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly and willing to make the experience great. Our tour guide also went out of his way to ensure our dietary needs were met for dinner, which made it a fantastic experience. Cannot thank you enough!

First time ever seeing elephants and red bulls in the wild. Great experience even with a heavy rain to start the trip. Fortunately that ended shortly into it.

Elephants deliver on the day

The whole trip went like clockwork from being collected at our condo on time to arriving home safely. Gate our guide is full of personality and knowledge of the area. After an assured drive to the national park, we saw some 14 elephants and an assortment of wildlife from provided vehicles. The day was complete with a tasty meal on the way home. An excellent day out.

Great guide, beautiful park

Our tour guide (B) picked us up at our hotel (Sheraton Pranburi Hua Hin Villas) and drove us to the park, which was about an hour and 20 minutes away. He was great-pointed out things on the way and answered our questions about Thailand. Once we were in the park, he and the ranger took us through the park to the viewing areas. We saw and heard several elephants but they were a bit far away. We did see one up fairly close before we headed back to the park entrance. We saw a number of gaur and tons of cool birds. The park is beautiful and I would have enjoyed the excursion even if we had not seen elephants. We stopped for dinner at a roadside restaurant on the way back. The food was generally fine but not outstanding. I would have been fine skipping that part.
