We understand there is always room to improve for better, and we learn from every single feedback from our customers. First of all, we are sincerely sorry as you did not have a good experience with our service. After your refund request, we checked with our driver and GPS MAP on the Van. Then there are somethings we would like to explain to you:
1. You booked Sightseeing Transfer Hue to Da Nang with some stops on the way, not direct transfer (just North to South Direction). So our driver had to follow the sightseeing route, as some sightseeing stops are not located on the main road.
2. Google Map: everyone use Google Map for convenience, but the map is not updated daily for road work and traffic. There are lots of road works and constructions. So our driver (he is 20 years of experience) needs to find the most convenient road every time we drive with the help of local knowledge. But he did not go far from Danang and got lost like you mentioned on the review. As we mentioned on the itinerary this activity takes 4 to 5 hours (depending on how long you like to stop in each place), and your activity took about 4.5 hours. He only had trouble when finding your hotel in Danang, and had to drive around to find it. It sometimes happen when hotels are not on the main roads, or we first time drop travelera there.
3. We should mention about ear-phone you lost, and you thought you forgot that on the van. We always check the vehicle when customer get off. You only realized and called us the next day. We still checked again, but we could not find that. So you may possibly lost that somewhere, but not on our van.
4. Full Refund Requested: You had sent us a request for a full refund. We guarantee money back, and accept full refund to customers in the circumstances. But we are sorry we can not make a full refund in this situation like what we explained before!
