Fantastic drive from Hue to Da Nang

We had a wonderful journey today from Hue to Da Nang. The scenery and views were incredible! Equally amazing was our driver Hung. His knowledge of Vietnam, both the areas we drove through and the history of this wonderful country, really made this trip very special. Hung’s English and driving were both excellent and we would thoroughly recommend him!! Thank you Hung and Viator
Clean, safe and friendly driver

Our driver for out trip was Nhan and he was very nice. The car was clean and comfortable, with strong AC and WiFi. The WiFi was key because Nhan spoke very little English but was eager to learn. We used the google translation app to talk. He stopped at anyplace we asked for and did not rush us along. He had Water on the trip and also treated us to salted coffee! We had not tried it yet and he shared some from a very good local place.

フエCherishHotel からダナンSunnyOceanHotel までのプライベート送迎を予約。ピックアップは時間通りだったがまるで素人の運転手。フエからダナンに南下中、急に車を止め住人に何か話した後、急に方向転換して北上。私たちはグーグルマップ見ながら違う！を 連発するも、運転手は言うことを聞かない。無理に車を止めさせ翻訳機を使い説得。ダナンに入ってもナビも地図もない運転手に、助手席でGoogleMapを見ながら右へ！左へ！と全て指示。全員車窓の観光を楽しむこともできず、クタクタ。楽しいはずの旅が初日から３日間、最悪の連続。二度と使いたくない。

Dear customers! Thank you very much for using our service, and taking time to write us a review. We appreciate your feedback, as that will help us to improve our service. We understand there is always room to improve for better, and we learn from every single feedback from our customers. First of all, we are sincerely sorry as you did not have a good experience with our service. After your refund request, we checked with our driver and GPS MAP on the Van. Then there are somethings we would like to explain to you: 1. You booked Sightseeing Transfer Hue to Da Nang with some stops on the way, not direct transfer (just North to South Direction). So our driver had to follow the sightseeing route, as some sightseeing stops are not located on the main road. 2. Google Map: everyone use Google Map for convenience, but the map is not updated daily for road work and traffic. There are lots of road works and constructions. So our driver (he is 20 years of experience) needs to find the most convenient road every time we drive with the help of local knowledge. But he did not go far from Danang and got lost like you mentioned on the review. As we mentioned on the itinerary this activity takes 4 to 5 hours (depending on how long you like to stop in each place), and your activity took about 4.5 hours. He only had trouble when finding your hotel in Danang, and had to drive around to find it. It sometimes happen when hotels are not on the main roads, or we first time drop travelera there. 3. We should mention about ear-phone you lost, and you thought you forgot that on the van. We always check the vehicle when customer get off. You only realized and called us the next day. We still checked again, but we could not find that. So you may possibly lost that somewhere, but not on our van. 4. Full Refund Requested: You had sent us a request for a full refund. We guarantee money back, and accept full refund to customers in the circumstances. But we are sorry we can not make a full refund in this situation like what we explained before! Thank you again and we wish you all the best!
