Moonhak Song our guide made all the difference. We saw what we wanted in Seoul as it was I first time to visit The Palace was amazing and he knew all the history of South Korea so we were very thankful . The market was also very interesting and we were able to find a lot of good prices and products

This was a great tour! We had a 10 hr layover at Incheon and this was a perfect way to spend the day. Moonhak was so knowledgeable and shared all sorts of information about the city and country. It was so nice to have a small group on the palace tour. He was able to individualize the itinerary to fit our needs and picked an excellent local spot for lunch. The vehicle was clean and we felt safe the whole time. Definitely recommend!!!

Our guide Song was very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. We learned a lot of about Korean history and culture. He made great recommendations on where to shop and eat. We wish we had more time to explore more, and we will definitely return again. Highly recommend to do this private tour so you are on your schedule. We never felt rushed and returned back to the airport on time in order to rest before our next flight. Thank you for the great experience!

Our guide, Moonhak, was very informative, friendly, and created a great day for us. He was easy to find outside of baggage claim and patient when we needed coffee and an arm before we hit the road. Once on our way, he showed us landmarks, told us history and generally just gave us the best tour possible.

Perfect trip for a long layover in Seoul. We were not sure what to do on our layover and this was just what we wanted. Seoul is a great city and the tour covered the highlights and had time for lunch. Song was a great guide.

For the cost of the trip, it was ok. It wasn't super. I did like having the freedom of time. Our guide had a cold and didn't mask. I am hoping we don't catch it.

This is kind of surprised review, we hope all our customers to enjoy tours in a short time available, but really difficult to 100% accommodating needs. The guide on tour day was cold caused Rhinitis only, (and mask is no more mandatory in Korea) we sincerely hope that not infected your family. Please understand such review will definitely discourage our guides' passionate working attitude. Any way, we feel so sorry to hear that you were not much satisfied on tour.

Very good experience. It was the prefect amount of time to leave the airport for a long layover and visit South Korea. Song was a very knowledgeable guide and kept us on schedule to have us back the airport with time to spare before the next flight. If you have a long layover (10+ hours) at ICN, I would recommend this layover tour.

Such a lovely way to spend a long layover! I feel like got a view of historic and current Seoul. My guide, Song, was amazing. He was in communication via WhatsApp from they time he left to pick me up which truly put me at ease especially because I was visiting a country where I speak very little of the language. He was knowledgeable and inviting and answered questions about things even beyond the scheduled stops. I highly recommend this tour!

We spent 2 days touring Seoul with Moonhak Song (Song), through Joy Tour Korea. He was a friendly, informative, knowledgable guide and we highly recommend this experience. He made the Palace come alive, which was pretty amazing, since we usually don't love tourist sites. He a really listened to what we were interested in, and on the second day had looked up things that weren't originally planned and we went there. He is also a great driver with a very clean van, so it was a very nice, convenient way to get from the cruise port to Seoul.

I had about a 10 hour layover in Korea and opted to do this. I did not have time to do the ones offered at the airport and wanted a bit more control over the itinerary so I opted to do this. I am very glad I did. I saw quite a few wonderful sights and was able to eat Korean bbq. I was able to see shops, markets, scenery. I was shown some of the major sights all in a short amount of time. My tour guide was very proud of his home and his pride was obvious. He made this tour a great one and I enjoyed all the suggested sights. My only wish is that there were the option for a solo traveler since my companion ended up not being able to come last minute. And the price is steep. I still enjoyed this tour and it did convince me to visit Korea for a true trip!

JK was on time picking us up to the airport. He toured us to the sites that were promised. He spoke English well . He brought us to a Korean restaurant which we wanted to try. He knows where the best pictures are taken to get a very good view. The views were breathtaking. Seoul is unique and beautiful! We also shopped a little and haggled with us. They’re also street food you can try in the market but we were all full from lunch , so maybe, we will try them on our next trip. Brought us back to the airport with plenty of time for our flight. It was a great experience of a lifetime. I highly recommend viator tour to anyone!
