Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Car ride was fine, but the driver was not.

After the driver picked me up at the arrival lobby, he did not bother to offer to carry my suitecase (which weighed 18kg) and just walked away toward his car. He even did not make sure that I was following him. It was not very pleasant. The car ride was fine.

The driver was not near the sign for pickup. Another driver claimed I was his passenger. I asked him to confirm 5 times and he said yes. We got 40 minutes from airport for the driver to get a call and he turned around and dropped me back off at airport. Then my actual driver was very rude because of this incident. Then as he was driving he pulled over on the side of the road to pee. Keep in mind this was all at 0500. Very very disappointing experience

Hello Peter, I am very sorry that I only managed to found out about this review that you wrote. I understand your frustration, the first driver is I believe is not our driver. Because there are a few taxi scam at the airport that have been occurring at the moment. Number two, our driver should have not done that and we will warn and continue to educate all of our driver that this should not happen to anyone during the transfer service actually. Very sorry again for your experience and hopefully this will never happen again to you or any of our customer.
