On time, door to door service and beautiful vehicle! A little pricey, ($100 USD), so I ended up taking an Uber back to the airport ($50 USD). But if you want the ease of being picked up from the airport, and not deal with the hassle of Uber or the Subway, I would recommend.

Seoul Station to Incheon

We were picked up at Seoul Station after taking the KTX from Busan, we had 5 large pieces of luggage, which I was really worried about (we gained the 5th while on the trip). Our driver, Gil was amazing, he took us the from Seoul Station to an Incheon area hotel, which was an hour away. There was water and chocolates for us in the SUV, conversation was great (I love translator apps). Next time I'm definitely going to request him again, I highly recommend him and Buzz Travel. Definitely 5 star service.

I booked pickup from Incheon airport to my hotel and also pickup from my hotel to the airport. Pick up from the airport was amazing, the driver was there as soon as we exited the airport doors with a sign and he proceeded to grab our luggage and off we went. The ride was smooth, he provided snacks!!! Pickup from my hotel was also very smooth. Both times the drivers were prompt and communication was very good! I highly recommend the services! My first driver did not speak English BUT he had translation on his phone ready and communicate good. My second driver spoke English and he was also very friendly and communicative. Very easy to book!!!

Our driver was waiting for us at the arrivals area in Incheon airport, so we didn't have to wait. He helped us pick up our WIFI and waited patiently while this was being organised. We felt safe and comfortable in the car. Our driver was courteous and friendly. He talked to us about Korea and answered any questions we had.
