Ernesto,Diego and Kelvin...
Raphaella_C, Apr 2024
Ernesto,Diego and Kelvin were the staff onboard. Very nice and accommodating. The snorkeling destinations were really nice. Margaritas and ceviche were really nice. Photos were charged 10 dollars per person extra.
Thanks Kevin for being such a good guide.

Twice during the snorkeling time, I got disoriented and lost track of where my group was. Twice our guide (Kevin) put me back in the right direction. Both guides were very instrumental to help us climb back into the boat in a safe and timely fashion.
Professional service
Theodosios_Z, Apr 2024
Our guide Diego provided an excellent service and made us feel at ease. One of our friends had nausea and Diego very kindly helped her off the boat to the nearest bay. Overall great snorkeling experience, short and sweet
Nice tour for good swimmers
Nalla_S, Apr 2024
Pros : we had enough time to snorkel, unfortunately they weren’t that many fish but we did see a few big ones and a turtle. The guides were kind, nice and attentive to us. I had a really good time. Cons: we had to jump off the boat (which is something I dread a little), the ladder could only be used to go back up (why?) - there was a lot of current during the second stop, some people didn’t feel very safe at that time, some were pushed against the boat (and the engine) but no one was hurt or anything. For this tour, I think it’s important to be a very good swimmer and not to be scared in the sea with current. There are 2 guides but they cannot have eyes everywhere.
Gabriel- Great Tour Guide
Timothy_H, Apr 2024
We had a great experience on the snorkeling tour. Gabriel did an excellent job leading the tour. He was also the photographer on the trip. Itwas safe for our kids as well. The only negative would be the equipment. It was decent but not top of the line.
Our guide attempted to grab a sea turtle, got shouted down by a scuba team, very uncomfortable
Joyce_C, Apr 2024
My family went on the snorkeling trip on March 24th at 12pm. This was a nice experience marred by an extremely unprofessional action on the part of our snorkel guide, Kevin. During our snorkeling session at the underwater museum, a beautiful sea turtle swam among us. A scuba diving team was below us in the sculpture garden when this happened. Our guide Kevin chased the sea turtle and attempted to grab hold of it two different times. I witnessed this occur underwater, and I saw the scuba team move to intercept him, and signal strongly with their arms that this was not allowed and he must stop. Then the local tour guide of the scuba team (and all his scuba divers) came to the surface and shouted down our guide. Everyone on my trip came up and listened to this exchange in Spanish. The scuba captain was furious and shouting really loudly (I didn't hear what Kevin said back, Kevin was not shouting, he looked contrite). The scuba captain said if he saw him attempt something like this again, he would report our snorkeling company to the authorities -- given that this is a protected reef area, attempting to capture a sea turtle is most definitely not allowed. Kevin apologized to me at the end of the trip when I got off the boat and said he would not do anything like that again. I don't know if he was apologizing to everyone or if that was because I had come up and shouted at him the first time he tried to grab it. I had a great time before this happened, and saw some lovely fish and reefs. The turtle was really cool to see. The ceviche was excellent. But this event cast a cloud over the rest of our trip for all the participants and made me sad for the wild turtles.
Well worth it.

The team was phenomenal, Professional and informative. We saw many fish and beautiful spaces. It would’ve been nice to have more water between dives, but the snacks on the way back were nice, and so is the margarita. Thanks for a great trip
Excellent Snorkeling Experience
Rhiannon_S, Apr 2024
We got to go to three dive/snorkel spots; a shipwreck site, a reef, and the underwater museum. Our guides were informative and fun, and I felt confident getting in the water even though I hadn’t snorkeled for a few years. We had a great time! They provided food and drinks on our way back, and even though I got pretty seasick, I had such a fun time. Well worth the money!
Great first time experience
Bruce_W, Mar 2024
Three different stops, saw a crazy amount of sea life! This included barracuda, stingrays, star fish and countless others
Good time and great crew
Jack_S, Mar 2024
We had a beautiful day for snorkeling, and the captain and crew could not have been a nicer group. The only downfall was having to take two vans full of people to the boat and having to wait . They really should have a bigger vehicle, or more than one to accommodate the number of people on the boat.
Not as advertised
Amy_M, Mar 2024
Not as advertised. The two days before were too windy, so they were overbooked. They put us in a small second boat. We were given one can of warm beer, no margaritas. We only snorkeled for a very short time at two spots, not three as advertised. Lunch was just ok and we had to buy our own beverage. I really love to snorkel, and this was more of a boat ride than a good snorkel experience.

Very nice crew. Our enthusiastic guide pointed out interesting things to see. Great view of the island, too.
All good :)
Annie_C, Mar 2024
Every thing on time, beautiful experience. One in our part was seasick and the crew was very attentive to making sure she was taken care of on top of her trip mates:).
Thank you Kevin, Miguel, and Diego!
Richelle_A, Mar 2024
The shallow reef was my favorite part, it was warm and the fish were absolutely beautiful. We saw stingrays and the most colorful fish imaginable!
Underwater Carribean Bliss

Totally awesome snorkel trip to a couple of different reefs and MUSA. Saw tons of fish, sea turtles, and a stingray. Kevin and Diego were great guides and boat captains and highly recommend taking the tour with them!
It was everything we hoped it would be.
AMIT_K, Feb 2024
Had a fantastic trip with Gabriel and Diego today. Both of them went over and beyond to ensure we had a great trip. Gabriel did an amazing job of being a paparazzi and capturing unforgettable moments and Diego was an amazing guide throughout the whole experience and made sure we had a great time.
Would recommend!
Naomi_R, Feb 2024
Even though I was sick, the captain and the guide were both so kind and I was able to enjoy the tour! Very personable, great locations seen, would recommend!

Great day out with Gabriel, Diego and Miguel. They were very professional and relax despite heavy winds and oceans. Margaritas and light food in between was the icing on the cake for us. 10/10
Choppy water, inattentive crew
seth_a, Feb 2024
The water was choppy. The crew wasn't very attentive. You are better off going to cozumel or other calmer water.
Quick paced snorkeling
Antonella_G, Jan 2024
We appreciated the flexibility and quick responses when we had to reschedule our tour due to poor weather. We liked all the sites we visited (despite MUSA being closed) and had an enjoyable time seeing colorful tropical fish. A couple things that would have made it more enjoyable is to be less rushed overall to see each site. I’d like more clarification about the meet up time. We were directed to come at 12:30 instead of 12 the morning of and upon our arrival at 12:25 we were rushed as if we were late with the other guests waiting for us on the boat. That made it feel so disorganized.
