    Great Highlights

    The trip covered most highlights, and ran smoothly once on land. The hotels, and breakfast were very nice, especially Fresco Cave in Capadoccia. Communication is excellent when it has to do with questions about a tour, with reminders ahead of each day's adventure: what to expect, added cost. The flights were booked with Turkish Airlines, we had delays (Including 1 cancelled flight) on all but one flight. The tour company, ours was Tour Altinkum, will not help at all with rebooking a cancelled flight so you have to fight with the agents to get you into the next flight. The flight connection from istanbul to Izmir was too short, and IST is huge, so I suggested that the company book flights with ample conneting times. We did miss a night at the Fresco Hotel, as we landed the next ay ready to tour. This is were the 3 rating comes from. We had very early pick ups due to flight delays and cancellations. Expect a tourist trap visit each day of the tour :)

Your flight was delayed from Izmır to Istanbul and you missed the connecting flight accordingly. This was connectıon flıght. The flıght company should offer you a place ın next avaılable flıght. This situation was out of our control and we couldn't get a reaction on our end. Such situations are ın flıght company's responsibility and we explained this situation to you on the phone. We were assuming that you understood that the situation was not caused by us. We hope tosee you agaın and all the best
